In the amazing mediterranean garden there are 2 swimingpools (one of which for children), barbeque zone and washing machine for common use.
Located at about 800mt from the beautiful Cala Liberotto beaches and at about 2 km from the amazing Bidderosa regional natural park with its 5 wonderful caraibbian style beaches.
Nearby the flat you can find all the facilities you may neeed such as bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shop, supermarket, newsstand, pharmacy, bakery, fish and butcher's shop.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING AND STIPULATION OF A CONTRACT
The house of your interest will be reserved even just by your telephone request. Then you will receive the lease value of the proposed contract, which will expire automatically in the following cases:
a) if the contract was not returned within three days from the date of receipt of the proposal, duly signed in all its parts;
b) are not complied with the terms of payment of the fee as expected in the contract with Wimdu.
The Agenzia Dessena...l'immobiliare! invites customers to carefully check the information contained in the receipt of the booking confirmation, so the customer can ensure compliance with the contractual conditions required.
The remaining balance of the rent must be paid together with the delivery of the keys of the property, by cash or cashier's check.
The lease, pursuant to and by effect of art. 1456, refers to settled law for breach of the conductor even one of the obligations specified in the contract and these general conditions. In this case therefore are recognized to the agency:
1. The power to immediately remove the tenant from the house and all the other occupants;
2. the right to receive, as a penalty, pursuant to and by effect of art. 1382 of the Civil Code, the sum of € 200.00. Without prejudice to the recoverability of further damages.
2. EQUIPMENT _ SERVICES OF THE HOUSES
All houses and / or apartments are equipped with a water reserve.
Any services such as daily cleaning of the house and the bed linen and / or towels are not included in the contract, meaning therefore additional services. If the tenant who is interested in must be specifically requested during time of booking; in this case the Agency will be free to fulfill the request within the limits of its availability. The financial terms of these services, like any other additional service, will be determined under a private agreement between the parties.
The tenant has to use the leased asset for the use specified in the contract with the diligence of a good father of a family. The conductor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify the Agency Dessena for any damages also negligently caused to everything is in the house at the time of delivery.
The conductor will take delivery of the property and the furniture as per inventory attached to the contract. From the delivery conductor will also be considered the guardian of the property, thereby assuming its burdens.
The properties are located to the maximum number of people stated on the lease, and it is therefore expressly forbidden by the conductor:
1. To use and made used the apartment to more people, some other household or otherwise, and, more generally, to other persons than wan not originally established;
2. To sublet the house. Any changes are possible with a prior contact with the Agency that prohibits henceforth the entry of persons in excess of the number stated in the contract.

The customer undertakes to occupy the accomodation following all the rules of good neighborliness, avoiding disturbing the peace by shouting, noise, fights, loud sounds, entries of any kind and so is the base of the ordered coexistence.
If they were established weekly cleaning of the accommodation, the tenant shall allow the Agency personnel access into the property.
The dishes and other equipment of the house (chairs, umbrellas etc.) Must not be used or transported outside the house.
After delivery of the property, the damages caused by the client or those employees from normal use of the property (clogged toilets and sinks, detachments of sockets, replacement of light bulbs, etc..) Will be charged to the customer.
3a. Waste disposal
The tenant is obliged to perform properly the conferment differentiated garbage according to the criteria, methods and times indicated in the municipal plan of conferement and withdrawal made available to every home by the Agency. This obligation is breached even if happen one of the following assumptions:
a) the tenant leave the garbage at home without care of its assignment regularly;
b) the tenant uses envelopes and/or placing the waste in containers without respecting the municipal plan of placing garbage;
c) the tenant deposits the garbage in days not in accordance with the municipal plan the withdrawal of the garbage.
3b. Specific obligations to the release of the property
The customer at the moment of the release of the home, must have done the following tasks: cleaning the kitchen, washing dishes; empty and clean the fridge, empty the pantry and wall units from any remains of food, oils, drinks and similar; turn off the water heater; empty the dustbin and clear the house of any denial; put their order any furniture placed differently during your stay.
The costs for final cleaning of the property leased shall be charged to the tenant. The cost of the service depends on the amplitude of the dwelling and can be determined from an examination in the exact amount of the Agency's Dessena official price list. The cleaning of the kitchen area should only be performed by the tenant. In the event that the hygienic conditions of the kitchen at the time of the release of the property should not be satisfactory, the customer will be charged € 40 for further hygienisation, which will be deducted from the amount of the security.
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT
The conductor, upon delivery of the keys, in addition to the balance of the rent will pay the Agency Dessena ... real estate!, as an irregular non-interest bearing deposit, the amount of Euro 200.00 in cash or check NON-TRANSFERABLE made payable to the Agency itself. In the event that such payment is not paid, the Agency Dessena ... real estate! may refuse access to the property, while reserving the right not to deliver the keys. It is without prejudice to the indemnifiability of major damages, the payment of which the conductor must do no more later than 10 days. (ten days) after notification of the largest amount, followed by the supporting documentation.
5. DEPARTURES _ ARRIVALS
Nights of stay is from Saturday to Saturday; Midweek is necessary to pay the express request of the Agency.Check-in: The occupation of the apartments and / or villas is allowed by 16.00 on day of established arrival. In the event that the customer is not able to take possession of the house on the day booked or scheduled time for problems during the trip, strikes, personal reasons, reasons of force majeure or for any other reason, there is no reimbursement.
The same rule applies in the case of early departures.
For arrivals after 21.00 and until 23.30 the lessor will have to pay 15,00 Euro, from 23:31 hrs until 03.00 Euro 30.00.
We don't take clients after 03.00 the night! The conductor must notify the Agency Dessena ... real estate! within two hours of delivery of the keys (or by 09.30 if you arrive at night) observations concerning the cleaning of and within twenty four hours vices and defects of the property and furnishings, including appliances.
In the absence of signaling, these flaws, defects and deformities are presumed to be absent or, if present, known and accepted by the Conductor because they are considered irrelevant to the full enjoyment of the property and, if applicable, attributable to the Client Conductor.
Check-out: The house MUST be vacated by 10.00 am on the day stated in the contract. To schedule changes conductor MUST contact the Agency no later than the day before the date of departure; In this case the Agency will consider the particular needs of the client, consistent with the time required for the accomplishment of the cleaning required in order to prepare the house for the entry of new customers.
Before the departure of the client, in the presence of a representative of the latter and the Agency will verify the condition of the house which must correspond to the terms indicated in the inventory attached to the contract, as stipulated within it and what is established in these terms and conditions.
6. PENALTIES AND CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT
To cancel the booking, the customer must call the agency and confirm that the same will through formal communication sent by fax or email. The same procedure must be observed by the client if it intends to simply change the terms of the stay. In this case, the Agency is free to satisfy the changing needs of the customer within the limits of its availability.
It is expressly forbidden to transfer the contract.
Cancellation requests will lead to penalties, anyway calculated on the full amount of the stay, according to the rules of the contract Wimdu:

The Agency Dessena ... real estate! therefore it is not considered responsible to the customer for any failure to fulfill obligations of the owners of accommodation facilities and for any accidents, loss, theft, damage, injury to persons, animals and things, incidents deriving from tourist lease signed, unless that these problems are not a direct result of negligence attributable to the Agency.
The conductor also expressly exempts the Agency Dessena from any responsibility for direct or indirect damages which may derive from the fact of the employees of the same and for interruptions of services ..

Wir haben die Wohnung Nr. 4 der Villa Dessena zu dritt bewohnt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet (Gasherd, großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Mikrowelle), hatte gute Betten/ Matratzen und war sauber und ordentlich. Sie wurde im Juli trotzdem es keine Klimaanlage gibt auch nicht zu heiß. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt, großer Pluspunkt der Wohnung ist der Pool, der sich direkt vor der Wohnung befindet. Das ganze Haus/Garten war sehr gepflegt.
Zum Strand sind es ca 1 km. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto zu verschiedenen Stränden gefahren. Es gibt im Umkreis von 10 km tolle, verschiedene Strände (feiner Sand, feiner Kies und auch felsige Strände, die super zum Schnorcheln sind).
Es gibt Auch Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Man muss dich aber im Klaren sein, dass Cala Liberotto und Sos Alinos keine Orte sind in den man abends "Bummeln" oder Party machen kann, dazu
muss man in das 11 Km entfernte Orosei fahren.
Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und spricht auch sehr gut deutsch.
Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl dort gefühlt und können uns vorstellen auch einmal wieder dorthin zu fahren.
