We require credit card details OR a cash deposit of 150 GBP to cover any possible damage that might be incurred to the apartment or its contents during your stay. In case you choose to leave a deposit, it is refunded after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage.
Groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of 50 GBP per person.

Super. Apartment is very spacious and exactly as described. Location is central in the old town. Some even offered a collection and delivery service to the airport / main station which is cheaper than the taxis. Stay sharp!
Super. Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und genau so wie beschrieben.
Lage ist zentral in der Altstadt. Und es wird sogar ein Hol- und Bringdienst zum Flughafen/HBF angeboten der billiger ist als die Taxis.

Alles im allen gutes Appartement und sehr zentral gelegen aber leider kein w-lan vorhanden wie angegeben und sehr schlechte Luft im Appartement aber sonst war alles ok MfG
Everything was good - both the service and the apartment. The apartment was spacious and good - we were 12 people and there were a lot of space. I would definitely recommend this place and I would like to come back.

Apartment very well located in the old town! so we all visited on foot from the apartment, except tv tower (subway) very convenient with wi-fi, tv with cable, and a lil nice pub at the foot of the building which also offers the grandchildren bf. attention just to bed which is actually composed of two single beds .. I recommend!
Appartement très bien placé dans la vieille ville !! nous avons donc tout pu visiter à pied depuis l'appart, sauf la tour de tv (métro)
très pratique avec le wi-fi, la tv avec le cable, et un ptit pub sympa au pied de l'immeuble qui propose aussi les petits-dej.
attention juste au lit qui est en fait composé de deux lits une place..

It's not necessarily best placed for visiting London (10mins drive from Islington) but we appreciated the ridiculously close vicinity to Jamie Oliver's Fifteen - literally 2mins walk.
Picking up keys and check in is at an alternative location which is not ideal but it does mean a professional service and the staff were efficient.
Cleaner was prompt (friendly) at check out and we were able to leave keys in the apartment.
Quite a large deposit, especially as there was 6 of us - so even higher - which wasn't initially clear. We had concerns about a credit card being taken (out of our sight) along with our ID but this was unfounded. No charges were made.
A nice large living space with two bathrooms (powerful and hot showers with modern design) which meant we had plenty of space - even with two adults on the sofabed.
Some may not like the fact that it's ground floor. Both bedrooms have big ground level windows that face directly on to the alleyway so anyone walking past feels like they're in the room with you! Fortunately it's not a busy route :) For this reason windows are locked shut and the heat can become stifling.
Overall a good stay, hence the 4stars.
