It can accommodate up to three guests, in two floors. In the upper floor you will find one bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a desk area, a big wardrobe and a big window. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, wc and a bidet.
The living room simple and comfortable furnishings, a sofa bed (135 cm - is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children), TV, satellite-TV, radio and a dining area with table and chair for four guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you would need to cook a nice meal for you and your family after a long vacation day (ceramic glass hob, micro wave).
The house has other amenities such as air-conditioning and warm air heating, wood heating and a washing machine. There is also a 15 m2terrace where you can enjoy the hot summer nights and relax and drink a glass with your family and friends.
Located in an elevated position on a slope, this nice and comfy house has view of the mountains, the valley and the resort and it is only 500 m from the center. There is a public car park at 700 m, shop 200 m, grocers 300 m, restaurant and a bus stop 200 m.

The location of the apartment was perfect. However, we have been very disappoint by the establishment. Metal furniture and a small TV did not meet the price. The temperature in the heating is switched was always 26-28 degrees. A shower instead of the bath would be beneficial.
Die Lage der Wohnung war optimal. Jedoch sind wir von der Einrichtung sehr enttäusch worden. Blechmöbel und einen Minifernseher entsprachen nicht dem Preis. Die Temperatur bei ausgeschalteter Heizung lag immer zwischen 26 und 28 Grad. Eine Dusche anstelle der Badewanne wäre von Vorteil.
Prior to making the booking the photos of the apartment looked great.
Once I had made a booking I could only then see the reviews left by others. These made me concerned as they described the apartment as worn out and in need of new furniture and decoration.
The truth turned out to be somewhere between the two, it was better than expected based on the online reviews. The apartment is a bit tired and would benefit from re-decoration but was functionally fine and the complex is very good.
I would consider going there again - but I would also look at other apartments in the same complex and elsewhere.
We have been 4 days in Berlin and were very pleased with the apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. It is beautifully furnished with high-quality range material, extremely quiet in the backyard of a side street, bright rooms with high ceilings, high-performance Internet, and everything was very clean. There is absolutely nothing to complain about!
Wir sind 4 Tage in Berlin gewesen und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit qualitativ hochstehendem Material, extrem ruhig gelegen im Hinterhof einer Seitenstrasse, helle hohe Räume, leistungsfähiges Internet, und alles sehr sauber. Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzten!
The description of the apartment did not quite match the Realität.Es should have read: look at an ugly concrete wall !!!! Not only: the apartment is out of the parking lot.
There are determined in Nendaz a class that could stimulate a project to beautify this area anyway.
Otherwise, the apartment was ok.
Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entsprach nicht ganz der Realität.Es hätte heißen müssen: Blick auf eine hässliche Betonwand!!!! Nicht nur: die Wohnung liegt zum Parkplatz hinaus.
Es gibt in Nendaz bestimmt eine Schulklasse, die man zu einem Projekt anregen könnte, diese Fläche irgendwie zu verschönern.
Ansonsten war die Wohnung ok.
But we have spent our holidays in Nendaz, Valais, not in Conthey !!!

Die Wohnung hatte eine schöne Lage.
good value for money. Relatively quiet suburb of Venice, wihin walking distance (30 mins) of Piazza St Marco. Very conventient public transport conection only 30 meters away (the orange line of the watertaxi to and from the airport Marco Polo). Also only 15 minutes away form trainstation (nice for a visit tu Padua for instance). A nice bottle of Prosecco as a welcoming gift.
