DREAM'S ROOM IN THE HEART OF FLORENCE!!

Room ideally located to visit Florence. Everything is at walking distance. And Carmine is a very nice guy. 2 inconvenients: - no car park possibility at proximity other than a very expensive garage (around 28 euros per day depending on the car size). But this is common everywhere downtown Florence. - early morning noise due to the surroundings activities (central market) A comment also regarding the bathroom: only 1 for 4 rooms in the apart. I recommend if noise is not a problem for you.

My wife and I stayed at this flat for 2 days, we liked that flat was 5 minutes from the SMN train station and subway, a very large room and nice flat. there is a market everyday on the street below which is very noisy until 6 or 7 then they clean the street which is very noisy until 9:00. There is a bar downstairs with extremely loud music until late hrs, we had to wear ear plugs to sleep. This flat was not monitored by Carmine, other people staying there left the kitchen messy at times.

Tout était parfait et conforme à la description .. Carmine est un hôte charmant, discret mais présent si nécessaire .. merci beaucoup ... nous reviendrons sans doute !!! cathy pauline félix

Carmine est un hôte présent quand il le faut et très arrangeant!!! Seul petit hic, l'absence de chauffage dans notre chambre durant notre séjour. Il ne fait pas encore très chaud à Florence mi mars.... Merci malgrè tout pour cet accueil !!!

Mi (ci) sono trovato benissimo a fronte di un costo onesto. Alta disponibilitá da parte di carmine. Sono andato con la famiglia composta anche da due bambine: due stanze per 4 persone attrezzate adeguatamente. Servizi ottimi, cucina bagno ecc. Comodissima la collocazione in centro, a 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale, vicino ai mercati generali dove si trova di tutto e di piú a prezzi contenuti. Meglio di cosí. A presto paolo endrizzi

The location of the apartment is very close to the main train station. almost all location was easily reachable in walking distance. The place were really comfortable and warm especially during winter season. the internet connection provided was fast too.The host Carmine was very nice and even found us when were a bit lost. The only problem is the shared bathroom. During our stay, there were too many people and it was difficult since we had to wait a long time to use the bathroom. Overall, the stay was satisfactory.

Nice host and perfect location. I liked the old apartment's atmosphere including a very high ceiling and antique porch. Room was quite big and has a high window. bed was also nice. But, I can't say it was enough clean. Especially, I couldn't use bathroom at all..(I heard that it was cleaned every 3 days..) I satisfied with this choose overall, Thanks a lot :D

Chambre en face du marché San Lorenzo, c'est très pratique ! Et à 5 minutes à pied du centre historique, c'est parfait ! Avec plusieurs chambres dans l'appartement, cela permet de rencontrer d'autres personnes, enrichissant ! Bonne adresse !!

First of all, this apartment is in a wonderful area. Buzzing and full of life, but not obtrusive to those who are just looking for a little peace. The rooms are elegantly furnished, not too much, not too little. And the bed is quite possibly one of the most comfortable things I've ever slept on. It's inviting enough to keep one in the room all day relishing in one's luxury. The kitchen is outfitted with everything one could need and all basic amenities are readily available for one's use. To be completely fair, it's impossible to say anything bad about this place. It's marvellous. And also, right within reach of anything in the centre of Florence. The location is equidistant to all major landmarks and frequented destinations.
