Beautiful Apartment in St. Germain

First the positives: The apartment location is perfect. It is spacious and close to most sites in Paris and the supermarket is only 5 minute walk away. François was both friendly and professional in his work. Now some negatives: the apartment is on the ground floor of an old building and it was converted from a former horse stable. It has no window, but natural light is available from the ceiling. During our stay in Spring, it was cold and damp. We were forced to use the electrical heating at night, which ramped up our electricity bill to over 40 Euros for just one week. The apartment can certainly benefit with more investment by the owner to make the stay more pleasant for the guests.

Ottima posizione nel Quartiere Latino, vicinissimo alla metro St.Michel. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato, non è molto grande ma risulta comodo per 4 persone. E' un pò carente l'impianto elettrico. Francois, il proprietario, è molto gentile e disponibile.

We had a fantastic stay in the apartment of Francois'. It is located perfect in the Quartier Latin: you are close to the Seine and the Batobus stop to take a trip by boat to all sights, Notre Dame is just around the corner, and there are millions of small cosy streets with bars, café, restaurants and shops. a supermarket is just around the corner, and in 3 minutes walk you are up on Bd St. Michel and Bd St German for shopping and the metro. Francois met us at the apartment, was very friendly and gave a small introduction to the apartment, the area and a map of paris. The apartment itself is small, but very cosy, with a lot of light and nice, everything looks new and tasteful, just the perfect place for a couple's weekend in town. We stayed there with our little daughter (age 2), and that went fine as well, even though the steps up and and in the apartment are a challenge. The only negative thing were the costs for electricity we had to pay when leaving - even though it might be stated in the contract on Wimdu, I wasn't aware of it and 40€ for 4 days seems like quite a bill to me. So: that you have to keep in mind - than I can wholeheartedly recommend the stay!

La descripción que aparece en internet se corresponde con la realidad: es un precioso apartamento situado en el centro de París, en un barrio muy exclusivo, tranquilo y bien comunicado. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y decorado, con muchos detalles. Hemos pasado una semana estupenda.

Tolle Lage, einzigartige Wohnung aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, genial passend zur Umgebung - Latin Quartier, Saint Michel, Notre Damme usw. Alles in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen!

Een mooie en goed verzorgde kleine maar schone studio midden in het rustige hart van St. Germain. Op loop afstand van allerlei bezienswaardigheden met de metro en bus om de hoek.

Location was perfect - walking distance to everything and the size of the space was perfect for the two of us. Francois was also very helpfu,professional and friendly and did a great job. Our only concerns were mosquitoes inside the apartment (they bit my fiancee) and not knowing for sure the cost of the electrical heating charges. For us it ended being reasonable because we only used it for a few hours.

Wow . What a great stay in Paris with all the fabulous facilities in this apartment . This is was such an exquisite experience for my son and wife who are crazy about Eifil Tower , to see eifil tower the moment you step out of the apartment . It is fantastci 10 minutes walk til Eifil and than to whole paris through boat or bus / taxi whatever you want . We had many grocery stores around . The appartment managers were so co-operative that we dint feel away from home . The stay is very organized and secured where very affluent people live around you being the central paris . More so it is 100 steps away from the Living apartment office and a phone call away . Even if you are 4 members in family , you can stay very comfortably and cook food / wash clothes / use jakoozi / Internet etc . It is also walkable distance from Metro if you are aware of all the routes . If I am again in Paris with my family ....This will be the place for sure . Regards Ashwani Kumar

Die Zeit in Paris war sehr gut.Das Appartement war genau in der richtigen Gegend.Restaurants, Geschäfte Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufweite.2 min entfernt von der Seine,in einer ruhigen Strasse.
