Beautiful and Comfortable Apartment

Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Die Lage war/ist perfekt! Sauberkeit war auch gut. Check In / Check out hat auch gepasst. Vor allem war die betreuung vorab toll. Man bekam sofort eine Mail, Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Wir waren zu 7 dort. Teilweise schon ein bisschen eng, aber vollkommen okay.

Close to the Reina Sophia, with a metro station metres away and a nice grocery store and other amenities right at your doorstop, the location of this apartment is pretty good. Some might be intimidated by the obvious non-Spaniard nature of the neighbourhood, with Senegalese, East Indian, Turkish and other migrants selling their wares on the street (including substances not normally encouraged), we found it a friendly, open area with lots of character. The only issue was noise, as the streets were alive well past midnight into the wee hours, and it was difficult to keep the noise out while keeping the apartment well ventilated. Cozy is a good word for the unit. There is really no eating area except the living room, and only a folding table if you don't want to use the coffee table. And one word of warning: the second bedroom is essentially a room off the other bedroom, which can be reached only through the bedroom, so privacy is out of the question. In fact, the second bedroom can best be described as a large closet of the first bedroom, with no windows and little space, into which a bed with a second bed under the first has been put. With both beds in use, there's no place to walk. But the kitchen is clean and well equipped, and the bathroom, while small, is adequate. The managers were a little late getting to the apartment to let us in, and the keys didnt' work very well. But if what you want is good location at a reasonable price, for people who don't mind a lack of privacy, this can do the trick.

SEJOUR DU 29/12/12 AU 01/01/13 L'appartement est très bien situé et correspondait aux photos. Linge propre, et appartement en bon état Il faudrait juste rajouter de la vaisselle car nous étions 12 et c'était vraiment juste.

5 sterren! prima locatie midden in oergezellige wijk. Goede voorzieningen, twee heerlijke terrassen. de terrasmeubels zijn aan vervanging toe en een ligstoel voor het terras ontbreekt helaas. verder niets dan lof, ook voor de ontvangst bij aankomst.

The flat was perfect for us and in a great location near metro and within walking distance of puerta del sol etc. great service and very professional. Recommended.

Very nice and cosy place in the heart of Madrid. Most places can be reached on foot. This place is definitely something if you are looking for a personal home rather than a room to stay. You feel like you live in Madrid from the moment you open the door.

This is a lovely apartment, very central - everything is within walking distance, supermarket at the end of the road stays open until midnight. Note - no lift, so best not to have heavy luggage as its on the 4th floor!
