House Rules

I thank in advance all those who choose to be my guest
and that I hope will be fulfilled and they are good and at ease during their stay in Rome, this structure is suitable for young guests that the evergreen, that lends itself easily
for its convenience to a wide audience nd you love to live a vacation in a simple, warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel at home and will make your stay convenient and comfortable.

Here are some easy rules of the house you want to communicate

A few days before your arrival is a welcome e-mail communication of your arrival time, so time to organize your welcome.

You will be met at the apartment the day of your arrival time will indicate that, for the welcome and the delivery of keys by a trusted person who can answer your questions and explains the workings of the house, explain in detail the services the area, and whatever else You need the knowledge.

The arrival guests will find the apartment equipped with towels, and linens and dishes.
The change of underwear in case your stay is longer than 6 nights, you will find on arrival in the closet.

• You are kindly requested to verify the environment before leaving the house:

The water taps are properly closed
To close the lights turned on when not needed
Not to throw down the toilet or sinks, anything that could block the pipes.
The waste has been disposed of in special containers in the street.

• You can not bring other people in the house that are not those of the booking unless authorized by me.

• Please respect each other residents: Please moderate the level of the voice and the volume of radio-television at the times from 14.00 to 15.00 and after 22.00 and before 8.00 am.

• The welcome guest, with the keys, becomes the guardian of the apartment rented, please must use it, including existing facilities, with the utmost care and respect, without causing damage.
