I booked this accommodation for a vacation with my husband in London. We attend this beautiful city for 9 years, is staying in hotel apartments, so we know what we can expect on the basis of even the figures that you may face as an expense. We had no problems with the booking, or with the acceptance, very punctual. The accommodation is situated in a quiet area, very well served by shops, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport, a short walk from Kensington Gardens. The studio has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a queen bed comfortable enough, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers with four drawers, TV, a small kitchen with cabinets, sink, stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots; the bathroom on the right, with sink, toilet and a very large shower, with water always hot. The floor is wood, except the part next to the kitchen, which is instead tiled washable. To heat the room, there is a small electric heater portable, sufficient and practical. There are several outlets to be used, for example, for charging mobile phones or the portable equipment. To pay for the electricity, enough to recharge the key is inserted into the meter, according to the indications given by the agency: for a stay of 13 days we spent about 7 pounds, while taking the heater turned on all night and using everyday l 'hairdryer. For bathroom comes only one towel per person, so I suggest you expect to bring home at least an extra towel, as well as a roll of toilet paper and a small bar of soap (for the first demands). Dishtowels are not supplied, or detergents, as already written in the conditions of the lease. The accommodation is delivered fairly well cleaned, even if the chandelier had a good layer of dust visible to the naked eye. The curtains were broken in more than a few point and dirty, as sporchina was also the base that sustains the bed. That said, would definitely come back for another stay in this accommodation, we were really very good.
Ho prenotato questo alloggio per una vacanza con mio marito a Londra. Frequentiamo questa splendida metropoli da 9 anni, alloggiando sia in hotel che in appartamenti, quindi conosciamo ciò che si può pretendere in base anche alle cifre che si possono affrontare come spesa. Non abbiamo avuto problemi con la prenotazione, né con l'accoglienza, molto puntuale. L'alloggio è situato in una zona tranquilla, molto ben servita da negozi, supermercati, ristoranti e mezzi pubblici, a pochi passi dai Kensington Gardens. Lo studio ha tutto quel che serve per un piacevole soggiorno: un letto queen size abbastanza comodo, un armadio a due ante ed un comò a quattro cassetti, televisore, una piccola cucina con mobiletti, lavello, piano cottura, forno, frigorifero, lavatrice, forno a microonde, bollitore per l'acqua e tostiera, nonché posate, piatti, bicchieri, pentole; il bagno è grande il giusto, con lavandino, WC ed una doccia davvero molto grande, con acqua sempre calda. Il pavimento è in legno, tranne la parte vicina alla cucina, che è invece in piastrelle lavabili. Per riscaldare l'ambiente, c'è un piccolo termosifone elettrico portatile, sufficiente e pratico. Ci sono parecchie prese di corrente da utilizzare, ad esempio, per la ricarica dei telefoni cellulari o delle apparecchiature portatili. Per pagare la corrente elettrica, basta ricaricare la chiavetta che viene inserita nel contatore, secondo le indicazioni date dall'agenzia: per un soggiorno di 13 giorni abbiamo speso circa 7 sterline, pur tenendo acceso il termosifone tutta la notte e usando tutti i giorni l'asciugacapelli. Per il bagno viene fornito solo un asciugamano a persona, quindi suggerisco di prevedere di portare da casa almeno un asciugamano in più, come anche un rotolo di carta igienica e una piccola saponetta (per le prime esigenze). Non vengono forniti asciugapiatti, né detersivi, come peraltro già scritto nelle condizioni del contratto di affitto. L'alloggio viene consegnato abbastanza ben pulito, anche se il lampadario aveva un buono strato di polvere visibile ad occhio nudo. Le tendine sono rotte in più di qualche punto e sporche, come sporchina era anche la base che sorregge il letto. Detto questo, tornerei senz'altro per un altro soggiorno in questo alloggio, ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene.
the apartment reeked very very bad. the celling was precarious, the sheets and the pillows reeked of mildew because there are some seepage of water I hope that the celling had some yellow blot. The window is broken, I asked if the window had been fixed because the last review said it and Mariana asked me that the window had been fixed a long time ago... the window was very dangerous because two persons had to raise the window and to put a stick and we could not look out. the curtains and the chandelier had not been washed in their lives. In the bathroom the the vacuum was broken, and the door of bathroom was faulty. I got locked in the bathroom for an hour because the door would not open more. I was sick because my husband and I are very allergic to the duster. we wanted to go back to our home soon. it was terrible
Pequeño apartamento practico y comodo. Situado en un barrio tranquilo dentro de la linea 2 del metro. Limpio y funcional, incluye accesorios de cocina adecuados para desayunar o cenar en el apartamento. El baño es pequeño pero adecuado, con mampara de ducha. Dispone de wifi, lavadora y secadora en la zona comun. Tambien tiene acceso al jardin, nosotros no lo utilizamos pero era agradable tener buenas vistas al despertar por la mañana.Mi marido y yo estuvimos pasando una semana en agosto y estuvimos muy a gusto, la relacion calidad precio nos parecio buena. Inconvenientes: tanto el metro como los autobuses y el supermercado se encuentran a unos 15 o 20 minutos andando desde el apartamento, esto puede resultar bastangte incomodo sobre todo cuando se llevan maletas o vienes cargado del supermercado.
Under no circumstances would I recommend this property to anyone! #1 reason,we arrived in London after an overnight flight from the States,only to find that we unable to contact "Irene" as we were instructed! After several attempts,we made our way to the property.There was a key code on the door.No code was given to us! The gentleman who owned the business next door asked how he could help.He knew the handyman who worked in the building and called him to let us in.The room,in no way resembled the pictures on the Wimbu site.It was dirty, and musty,the shower caulking black with mold!The "bath towels" were the size of a tea towel,2 each for 10 days.And,we never saw "Irene" in the 10 Days we were there!
The room is very run-down, window is broken, washing machine is broken, electricity costs extra, the bathroom bums in front of him, in the backyard of the Abluftgeblässe Mc Donald can be heard day and night. The device shown in the pictures is different.

Das Zimmer ist stark abgewohnt, Fenster ist defekt, Waschmaschine ist defekt, Strom kostet extra, das Badezimmer gammelt vor sich hin, im Hinterhof ist das Abluftgeblässe von Mc Donald Tag und Nacht zu hören. Auch ist die auf den Bildern gezeigte Einrichtung anders.

Die Ubahn Station war 10min zu Fuß entfernt und in 15min war man wirklich am Piccadilly Circus. An der ubahn Station gab es auch eine längere Straße mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war soweit in Ordnung. Zwar war das schloss erstmal kaputt als wir ankamen und erst nach einer Stunde ist dann auch jemand von der Firma gekommen, aber dann war alles soweit in Ordnung.
Bad things first: Our first impression of the apartment wasn't the best. It had a moldy smell, the lights in the bathroom didn't work and the kitchen equipment was all dirty (one pan even had old cooking oil in it!) - the following morning we also discovered, that we didn't have any hot water in the shower. Obviously we called the landlady who was very friendly and told us that she'd fix everything - which luckily, she did (except for the kitchen stuff).
The apartment in general was a bit dirty but we weren't very bothered as we only stayed in there during the nights when we slept.
Now to the couple of good things: The apartment is situated in Kilburn which is very close to the city centre and has a great traffic connection. Tube & Overground stations are both very close and there's also a bus to Camden (takes only about 12 mins to get there). Also, we had a really good internet connection in the apartment which is always brilliant and doesn't happen very often in London.
All in all, we didn't have the most horrible stay but we wouldn't rent the apartment again - certainly not if we were to stay for more than a week.
mono locale ampio , ma con bagno molto molto piccolo , molto rumoroso perchè è su una strada di grande comunicazione , l'ingresso all'appartamento non è sulla strada ma in un vicolo sporco e pieno di spazzatura , meglio non entrare di notte
Appartement plutôt confortable et propre dans un quartier tranquille et proche du métro (centre de Londres accessible en 20 minutes). L'équipement est minimal (peu de vaisselle et couverts, pas du tout de produits de première nécessité, y compris du papier hygiénique). Contacts assez impersonnels avec la propriétaire mais check-in rapide et efficace.
Il s'agit d'une maison divisée en appartements très très mal insonorisés : la voisine du dessus avec ses talons et ses éclats de voix a été difficile à supporter! Une tache peu ragoutante de dégât des eaux au mur et personne pour prendre en charge la gestion des poubelles de l'ensemble des appartements, qui s'accumulent devant l'entrée, de même qu'un jardinet plein de mauvaises herbes et jonché de détritus sont les autres points négatifs qu'il serait assez facile d'améliorer.
Globalement, pour Londres, c'est assez correct pour le prix.
