Was a great place to stay . The hosts was great to deal with and very aproachable . The area was fine , close to alls generally needed in makati . Heaps of bar girl s nearbye for the single minded!!! The only issue i had was a hard bed to deal with , otherwise a great place to stay within makati for 2 persons. Highly recomended

just back from a long vacation in Asia. Booked this unit last minute due to the hotel i was to stay in was not suitable to my standards. Sent an email while driving around in a taxi and was quickly sent a replied back from owner of my inquiry to the place, was giving address and contact info and was on my way in less then an hour. The unit was very clean and spacious, many amenity were provided (dishes,silverware, bath towels, TV, air-con, fridge). Building is nicely located close to all the night life in the area, but the noise from outside can't be heard from the room. King the host was very helpful, if i had any question he was very prompt in finding out the answer or personally directing me to a location. I certainly would seek residence in this condo-tel when in the area of Makati again.

Had a very good stay . The appartment was very clean and had everything a person needs. Due to an emergency i had to leave early and could not finish my stay. The owner was so nice to credit me me my 2 remaining nights for another times stay. Thats what i call good customer service ! Very recommended !!!

Das Apartmenthaus liegt recht zentral in einem belebten Viertel der Makati Avenue und Nähe zum Nachtleben. Da es in der ersten Nacht Probleme gab wegen der Lautstärke und Starkregen aufgrund eines Taifuns, der durchs undichte Fenster pfiff, konnten wir ohne Aufpreis in das höherwertige Apartment 802 umziehen, das modern ausgestattet ist und wo wir eine sehr angenehme Woche verbracht haben. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sogar eine kostenlose Stornierung angeboten, falls wir nicht zufrieden sind. Ich kann das Apartment dahr nur empfehlen.

We had a nice stay in this large one bedroom apartment. They were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean, furnishings well cared for, and the wifi, cable, air cons, hot water, in house laundry service, and ceiling fans were all in working order. The small details made by the home owner made the decor very pleasant. The home owner was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. It's a great value and centrally located on Makati Ave. in a neighborhood that is transitioning with a mix of upscale new development with malls and nice restaurants, 24 hour restaurants and convenience stores, a mix of residential, locals who work in the businesses here, and tourists, the red light district (but clean actually, not scary, quite safe), latin restobar and salsa dancing, german techno club, etc. The neighborhood has a lot of character. I really loved it! I need internet to do my work, and it was not a problem. I was very happy. I am also a night owl, so I really appreciated the 24 hour night life and food availability. There was always something to see and do here. Cab ride is only P50+ ($1.25 USD) to the beautiful Greenbelt Malls, glorietta malls, SM malls, where you can shop upscale or cheap cheap, people watch in the many restaurants and cafes, or soak in the bustle and excitement. But, please be careful if you are a foreigner, as that will attract some attention from massage or dancing girls, children begging, people trying to sell you stuff on the street, pickpocketers (be careful at ATMs & watch surroundings). In general people are really nice here, just exercise the same caution as in any large city. We loved our stay with Guyon and will definitely stay again if we are in Makati!
