Description
The price includes the stay for 4 people and costs 140 dollars per night, includes taxes and cleaning fees.
We ask 100 security deposit that will be return once you leave the apartment in good shape and nothing is broken or missing.
We also have other insurance option of 35 but needs to be purchased separately.
Checking in is flexible. Checking out needs to be noon but we have great alternatives for you to lock your baggage in midtown and enjoy your last day. But please ask us about alternatives as some times we don't have other guests arriving the same day so we can be a little bit flexible.
THE APARTMENT AND THE BUILDING
The apartment is in perfect shape and is very clean. If you want to make sure you want extra cleaning during your stay, please let us know and we will be able to provide that for very little cost.
One of the best things about the apartment is the stage and of the building and the apartment. Many great apartments in the city are very poorly maintained and clean. With us you will feel in a safe and renovated space.
The apartment is cozy, tons of light and color. It's a second floor with easy access. The apartment was renovated one year ago, so all appliances and floors are in great shape.
We keep working to make the apartment cozy and friendly for our guests to feel just like home. We provide all you need for your vacation, clean sheets, towels, cleaning and kitchen utensils.
THE SPACE
It accommodates 3/4 people. The apartment includes 1 bedroom with full bed and closet. Living room with expanding sofa bed, dinning area, kitchen, armoir for you to put your clothes and bathroom.
The sofa, was recently replaced, with a great sofa bed launch. Pictures had been added.
The apartment has all appliances and amenities for a comfortable stay: Heating, AC, Internet wireless, full eat in kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sofa bed, eating table for 6, desk, sheets and towels, tv with Roku (online movies), 2 steps away from parking garage.
THE LOCATION
The location is very convenient, 2 blocks and a half to the subway, making your commute easy. (this is not so common on the east side on Manhattan, normally you need to walk from 6/8 blocks to the subway) The apartment is located on the north side of the upper east side. It's a very safe neighborhood, with many new family buildings. You can find 24/7 pharmacies and food shops around plus tons of restaurants, shops and bars.
5/6 blocks from the apartment is the central park with spectacular lakes and views of the city. Many people come to have picnics, bike or run. Blocks down this area are the top famous New York Museums, such the MET, the Guggenheim, the Museum of design and many others.
THE UPPER EAST SIDE
It's one of the high scale neighborhood in Manhattan,with some of the most beautiful and exclusive restaurants, museums and quality stores in the city.
Transportation is easy from this area, giving you easy access to midtown and the main attractions in the city.
The area offers the best city views and spots to enjoy the best of Manhattan, especially in the summer with concerts, opera, cinema and other events.
PARKING
Parking is available in the street for free but you need to move the car accordingly to city regulations. You have to understand that finding parking is an issue in Manhattan, most of the time you can find it easily but in peak times it will take you around 1 hour to find an available spot. Our area is pretty good but you never know. Weekends are definitively easy.
Alternatively it's a parking half block from the apartment. For early birds you can park your car for 10 the entire day, later parking will cost you around 18/20 but of course it's not guaranteed you will find a space. It's 2 parking spaces around our block so it's very convenient.
HOW TO RESERVE!
We like to know who stays in the apartment, it'll be ideal if you have a picture on your profile or you send us information about who you're and a who will stay in the apartment. it's important for us to know people who stay in our place are mature, professional and reliable.
PICKING UP KEYS:
We have an easy location around the apartment where you can pick up your keys. Information and time and place will be given close to the arrival day.
Everything will be set up in an envelop, included instructions and two sets of keys.
CHECKING OUT:
Checking out is always noon. We can recommend a convenient place where safely leave your bags in midtown for $7 a day, Very close to the place where you can take the bus to go to the airport. Leaving bags in midtown will give you more opportunities to enjoy New York your last day.

1- How many people can stay in the apartment:
The price is for the entire apartment and the maximum guests aloud are 4 people.
2 - What do you need to make the reservation.
Please send us an inquiry and include information about who will stay in the apartment, ages and extra information is appreciated. Ideally having some info or photo in your profile helps, we like to see and know more about who will stay in the place.
3- It's concierge in the building.
The apartment is in a residential building with non concierge, but we have in the corner a mail box, that can be use for specific purposes authorized by the hosts.
4 - It's parking available in the area?
Parking is free and available in the street, It's 2 garage for private parking. Reg. price for full day is around 18 to 22, Early specials discount can be $10 per day.
5 - How do i Pick up keys?
We will give you specific info so you can pick up the keys on the way to the apartment. If you are arriving after 8pm, keys will need to be picked up in midtown. We will give all details in case you need it.
6- what is the CHECKING IN and checking out times?
Checking out is always noon.
Checkin in is from 2pm to 8pm - ideally.
For people who travels later, we like to recommend a convenient place in midtown, where you can safely leave your bags for $7 a day. It's very convenient, you can explore the city in midtown and pick up your bags 2 blocks away from the place where you find all the city airport buses. It's a very easy and reliable way to travel back to the airport.
7- do you speak other language?
Yes, we speak spanish and a little german.
8- is it washer and dryer in the apartment?
We have 2 laundry places in the same block. You can order a pick up and have delivery of your clothes for next day.
You also have the option to wash them your self on various places around the apartment.
9- It's the apartment family and kids friendly?
Yes it's family, kid friendly, but we prefer kids that are bigger than 7-8 years and up. Please ask us and we can talk and decide.
10- What items are provided for the guest?
We provide towels, sheets, cleaning utensils, hair dryer, extra spices for cooking, tea, sugar and coffee.
11- How i do the booking?
Once you contact us with information about the guests, we will reply and preapprove you so you can do the booking through this site. You can pay with credit card and the amount will be discounted the day you arrive in the apartment. We also get paid that day.
