This flat is our second home.
The flat is on the Buda side almost oppoiste to the Parliament building, very close to the riverside.
It is 75m2 big the private roof terrace is 33m2.
The flat is on the 7th floor, there is lift.
The surroundings has a lot to offer.
There are food shops and antique shops and the two most popular cafés and a restaurant just a few meters for the house.
Also my favourite thermal bath - Lukacs - is a few minutes walk, with open air pools, healing massage world famous water...what we bring home all the time to drink. If you want to explore more spas, the bus to Rudas and Gellert stops just around the corner. The Castle is quite close too...
Margaret island is also in walking distance, where you could spend the evening to have dinner, beer, or just a great walk.
There is a big food market not far, if you want to see more green and the great Buda hills with wondeful panorama on the city, you can be outside of the town in the forest in less that 30 minutes with a local bus.

We do offer this flat for guests who do spend a more than 3 days in Budapest - not just a quick visit - the flat is spacious, you can have breakfast - or best - dinner on the terrace, you can enjoy the great panorama and have barbacue there.
The flat is fully equipped, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with 2 single beds.
The bathroom and the toilet are separated.
The bedroom is air conditioned, there is a fan int he living room.
There a lot a CD-s to listen, satellite (Astra) flat Tv with more than 400 international channels.
