STUNNING DOUBLE ROOM AND TWIN ROOM WITH A BEAUTIFUL GARDEN WITH ALL AMENITIES LOCATED IN EDINBURGH!
Within our Georgian Home we have one twin bedroom and one double bedroom for guests. The two rooms share a shower room which is not used by the rest of the household and are in the extended wing of the house with it's own front door allowing you your privacy.
Breakfast is cold and a choice of cereals, breads, fruit juice, yogurt, fruit and tea or coffee and is included in the price. Tea and coffee is also available throughout the day.
We have a lovely large enclosed garden which you are welcome to use along with the family room, kitchen, free wifi and private parking. We are on a very good bus route day and night - 10 to15 minutes to the centre of Edinburgh and 20 minutes from the Airport
The house is 5 minutes walk to Lauriston Castle - the grounds of which are free to visit along with croquet, the Japanese Garden and breathtaking views down to Cramond and the Firth of Forth. Cramond village itself is a lovely 20 minute walk away taken along the Cramond foreshore through the woods and back round in a circle directly to our house.
The area is called Davidson's Mains, where you can find 4 pubs, a Supermarket , 2 Banks , Chip Shop, Chinese Takeaway, Indian Takeaway, Chemist, 3 Hairdressers, Beauticians, Drycleaners, 2 Cafes, 3 Churches and a large tree enclosed park with playpark.
Our two children are polite and respectful of guests we would welcome families with children of any age. I am a Nursery/Kindergarten teacher and can also offer babysitting. We have a small dog (Border Terrier) who is very friendly and loves children and adults alike but if you are not a dog lover we can keep her out of your way during your stay.
