Great apartment! Close to public transportation.

Grand appartement largement suffisant pour 5 personnes avec deux canapés convertible dans le salon plus une chambre lit double. Un peu loin du métro 10min mais a côté du tram de Goete institut qui dessert bien la ville. Super sejour Dommage que la télé et le WIFI n est pas marché

Für Touristen ohne Auto schlechte Lage. Gibt Einblick in Münchner Wohnalltag.

Very nice location, nice apartment!

Really comfortable and decent apartment in a good location. Excellent circumstances. Only small minus is the fitted carpet in the living room. I firmly recommend this apartment when staying in Munchen!

Very nice apartment 8 min walk from tram and then 8 min ride to central Munchen! Overall, excellent.

Good apartment, about 10 min walk from tram station. Has dishwasher, heater in room.

Die Betten sind gut. Die Wohnung geht nach hinten raus, wodurch es ruhig ist. Von der Wohnung insgesamt bin ich allerdings enttäuscht. Die ganze Wohnung riecht rauchig, hinter der Heizung geht die Isolierung ab, von der Deckenlampe sind die Kabel nicht abgedeckt, die Fensterbank war sehr schmutzig, das Abspülbecken ist alt und unappettitlich. Die im Internet abgebildeten weißen Vorhänge gibt es nicht, einen Rolladen auch nicht.

Die Betten sind gut, der Schlafraum mit Küchenzeile ist ganz nett.Die Wohnung geht zur St. Veitstr. raus, wodurch es nicht ganz leise ist. Im Bad riecht es stark nach Rauch. Das ist unangenehm.
