Each room has its private bathrooms. The Master room has both bath room and shower room, and is equipped with a Jacuzzi from where you have a view of the pine trees, the see and Palma Bay. The house has a large entrance area and living room from where you can access the patio. A BBQ area is available in the Patio and this is a great place to spend your evenings with a nice glas of Spanish Red Wine and the sunset Mediterranean view.
Exterior
This is a charming, modern house located right in front of the see. With a stunning view of the Bay of Palma de Mallorca, the house if full of warm Mediterranean light. The house is part of a small condo where a large pool and children pool are available for the small community. Pool chairs and umbrellas are available on site and the pool and gardens are regularly maintained.
The house patio opens directly to the sea side of the house, and it is only a few steps away from beautiful turquoise sandy and deep blue rocky see front. If you are a runner or like cycling, along the cost , this is a perfect place too, as there is a pedestrian promenade and running lane right in front of the house.

Distances
The situation of the house is ideal. Son Veri Nou, is a small coastal village admin attached to Llucmajor. In the old times the local bourgeoisie used to have their summer residences in Son Veri, and spent their winters in Palma. Son Veri is only 10 minutes away from Palma Airport (PMI), but in a totally quiet area. Absolutely no air traffic disruptions!
Palma, the capital of the island is only 20 minutes away by car, and a it is very worth visiting. Its cathedral by the sea is just spectacular, and the old city full of charm . Public bus transportation both to Palma city, Llucmajor and the Airport are available and a bus stand is less than 5 minutes away by foot from the house. However car rental is quite inexpensive in Mallorca and you have two parking spots reserved for our house in the big covered parking area located in front of the house.
Very nice white sand beaches, like Es Trenc, with restaurants and sports facilities are easily accessible and only a few minutes of drive away Son Veri.
