Rent 3/5/7/15/30 days; bright apartment situated in the heart of the city of venice, just a few steps from the frari’s church and ancient school of san rocco and near to all the services ( waterbuses, restaurants, supermarkets, boutiques ). Only five minuts from cars and bus stop ( piazzale roma) and railway station ( santa lucia).
Second floor. Entry, long hallway, living room (with TV and sat, cd player, fireplace), fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, masterchef robots, toaster, espresso machine, etc.). Two spacious double bedroom (plus other bed if requested in the studio), windowed bathroom with shower, jacuzzi and washing machine. Lined service included (bed linen and towels) supplied all the basic necessities: soap, detergent, toilet paper. And kitchen napkins, coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Studio with a personal computer with internet connection end also wi-fi. Air conditioning. Private garden-courtyard with door on the canal (rio delle muneghete). Available throughout the year. Max 5 persons. Non allowed to smoke (only in terrace). Little pets allowed. All utilities included in the price.
