This beautiful and exclusive apartment is located on the boarder of zone 1 and 2 and is outside of the congestion charge zone. It is great for tourists and It is also ideal for people visiting London for the 2012 Olympics games,
There are two bus stops or five minutes walk to both Stockwell underground station (zone 2) and Vauxhall underground station (zone 1). Train journey to Oxford street is 10 minutes, Victoria station 8 minutes.
For shopping, bus journey to Oxford street (bus 88) from outside the flat is 30 minutes, and during the journey you will pass the Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Leicester square and more famous landmarks.
The London eye is 20 minutes away by bus and there is a direct train from Stockwell to Camden Market around 40 minutes.
There are also great transport links to the night life and theaters in the west-end.
local restaurants, Bars, Pubs, Cafes are only 4 - 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Lambeth is located in south central London and is the home to Tate Modern - a visit is a must for contemporary art lovers. Tate Modern is located on the amazing South Bank, which is full of bars and restaurants, and an amazing place to stroll around.
Lambeth is only a bridge away from Westminster, where you will find Big Ben and the beautiful buildings of Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace.
Hyde Park is a short journey away, where you will find Kensington Gardens. On the east side off Hyde Park you will reach Oxford Street, the most famous shopping street in London with shops such as Selfridges and Debenhams. Most attractions of London are within easy reach, such as Piccadilly Circus, Madame Tussauds and Tower of London.
There are plenty of tube stations in the area that will take you wherever you want to go in London. If you want to enjoy the extensive night life London has to offer, there are also plenty of buses and night buses running 24/7 from all directions in London.

-No pets, No Smoking in the apartment, but you can smoke in the private garden.
-A security deposit of £200 is needed against any breakages and damages, this will be returned to you on the day of departure after final inspection and return of keys.
Vi var 4 piger på Londontur. Vi blev mødt af den flinkeste mand: Nick! Frugt, mælk, brød, ost og andre småfornødenheder havde han købt til os, Det var dejligt! Gode senge, masser af plads. Rent og hyggeligt! 2 busser, nr 2 og nr, 88, lige uden for døren til at køre os ind til hjertet af London, Genialt!! Vi kommer helt sikkert igen! Thank you very much, Nick!
Nick est un hôte très agréable et très soucieux du bon déroulement du séjour. Nous avons eu une panne de voiture et nous avons pu compter sur lui. Il a été présent jusqu'à la résolution du problème. L'appartement est très confortable, très propre et très calme, parfait pour une famille avec des enfants et/ou des adolescents. Il est de plus bien situé avec un arrêt de bus à 20 mètres (le centre de Londres en 10 minutes, c'est plutôt cool). Nous recommandons ce logement dans lequel nous aurons plaisir à revenir.

Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. 3 vollwertige Doppelschlafzimmer, geräumige Küche mit guter Ausstattung, Dusche und Toilette getrennt voneinander (von Vorteil, wenn man mit 6 Personen dort wohnt). Auch ein netter kleiner Garten sowie eine Waschmaschine (leider keine Spülmaschine) sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist auch wunderbar, ein Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die nächste Tubestation ist Vauxhall und auch nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Die braucht man jedoch nicht, weil direkt vor der Tür eine Bushaltestelle ist. Dort fahren 2 Linien (2, 88). Die 88 fährt direkt ins Zentrum (Picadilly Circus). Und das sogar die ganze Nacht, ab 24 Uhr halbstündlich. Also immer optimale Anbindung und keine Probleme bei der nächtlichen Heimkehr.
Nick war auch ein super Gastgeber, sehr nett, alles total unkompliziert. Auch ein paar Lebensmittel waren schon vorhanden, einfach spitze! So muss er überall sein! Bei unserem nächsten London Trip werden wir diese Wohnung definitiv wieder buchen. Weiter so!
Nick has a very well located apartment very close to the center of London if you want to visit a lot of things and do not want to loose much travel time. Vauxhall station is a very well located station for buses, metro and taxi. His apartment is very silent , offers car park and Nick is very helpful. Next time in London we will use it again.

Absolut positiv ist die schnelle und bequeme Bus-Verkehrsanbindung mit der Linie 2 und 88, die Haltestelle liegt direkt vor dem Haus. D. h., Vauxhall-Underground aussteigen, mit dem Bus 2 od. 88 weiter, 3. Haltestelle aussteigen. Die Zielrichtung wäre noch bei Nick via mail zu erfragen.
Auch ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Nick ist ein sehr angenehmer Mann, stets gut gelaunt, hilfsbereit und korrekt.
Die Wohnung ist im Maisonettenstil. Im UG bestehend aus 2 Zi: Küche incl. "Fernsehecke", 1 Schlafzi. für 2 Pers. sowie ein ein Hauswirtschaftsbereich (Waschmaschine). Die Küche ist ausgestattet, nehmt vielleicht noch ein 2. Geschirrhandtuch mit.
Das EG besteht aus 2 Schlafzi. für je 2 Pers., ein kleines Bad sowie eine kleine Toiltette.
Die Küche sowie das Bad sind etwas klein geraten, solide, die Zi. mit WLAN versorgt und für einen bezahlbaren London-Trip ausreichend. Ein kleiner Gartenanteil, von der Straßenseite abgewandt u. vom Schlafzi. im UG erreichbar, ist weiter positiv zu werten.
Die Fewo kann auf jeden Fall empfohlen werden.

L'accueil de Nick a été très chaleureux, souriant, serviable, il avait même eu la délicatesse de nous laisser quelques provisions (thé, café, beurre, fruits, lait, fromage, eau, chocolats...)
Aucun soucis pour les démarches, Nick est très arrangeant.
L'appartement était propre, bien ordonné, conforme aux photos de l'annonce. La literie était propre et confortable. Tout l'équipement nécessaire était bien présent.
L'arrêt de bus est juste au pied de l'appartement et en quelques minutes on est au centre de Londres (lignes 2 et 88). Le métro (Vauxhall) est à moins de 10 minutes à pied.
Il y a un supermarché (assez grand) à 5 minutes à pied ou un plus petit à Vauxhall.
Le quartier est parfaitement sécurisé et paisible. La route est bruyante, mais on ne l'entend pas depuis l'appartement.
Si un jour je dois retourner à Londres, ce sera dans CET appartement, avec le plaisir de revoir Nick.
Our stay in London was wonderful, the apartment is nice in a good location. We were six people and it was very good for us. It is near to the transport (Bus stop in front of, and five minutes to Vauxhall Station), supermarket is two blocks from there and have many good restaurants in the same street. Nick was very helpful with us, and arrived at the apartment in the time that we combined. Recommend it for everyone surely will enjoy!
Imøtekommende og hjelpsom vert. Hyggelig møte og raske svar på spørsmål. En gjeng på 6 personer hadde et fint opphold med musical og fotball mm. Rimelig sentralt med buss- forbindelse rett utafor døra.Gode senger og rent.
