The situation of the apparment is excellent and not far from all is to see. (Vatican at 10 minutes, Foreum, Coliseo, Trevi, Borghese at 30/45 minutes, walking). Lot of small restaurant around. But he appartment itself need, definitely, some basic repairs and furnitures : the cove of the toilets inexistant, the shower curtain too short and dirty, no coffee machine, no couette cover, missing electric bulb, only one casserole, no water boiler. But a huge tv set, on the table. So not possibility to use the table for eating.

Le jour de notre arrivée c'est une intermédiaire qui nous a donné les clés. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons rencontré un gros problème : les toilettes ne fonctionnaient pas ! Diletta est toujours restée injoignable, et l'intermédiaire nous disait qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire. Personne n'est venu constater ni réparer pendant une semaine. De plus l'appartement était sombre et humide, avec un problème de ventilation et des fortes odeurs d'égout. Parmi les autres remarques : chaises à moitié cassées, une seule clé pour deux, pas de possibilité de brancher un appareil électrique sans faire disjoncter... A éviter. Dommage car l'emplacement est par contre idéal, de même que l'insonorisation.

We stayed at Dilettas appartement for five nights and we really had a good time there. She also was so kind to send us things to our home address, which we forgot to take with us. Everything was fine, only the bathroom is really small and leaves some room for improvements. But after all, you have everything you need in a cosy and quiet appartement in a very central location. Just around the corner we found a nice 24h-shop with seats in the street and the Engelsburg in close sight. It usually served us as the last stop on the way home. They sell the cheapest beer around and have a very authentic atmosphere. We recommend this nice appartement unless you plan to spent much time of the day in the tiny bathroom. But hey, in the end you come to see the city and not to stay at home, right? :)
