Lovely Apartment at the Trocadéro

We stayed there for a month and we were a bit scared to rent it because there was no comments, but we had a nice time. The neighborhood is great for families, very nice and quiet, feels very safe. The street is also very quiet, with main street just around the corner with all the shops. There are children playgrounds close, market, bio food shop, restaurants, caffes, Paris catacombes (that I think actually pass bellow this building). Metro stations are close, Mouton just arround the corner and Denfert 5min walking distance. Connections to center are very good. The building is old, wooden floors, sometime you can hear the neighbors but it didnt bother us. There is a small elevator. Flat looks just like in the pictures - new bathroom, nice bedroom with lots of closets, kitchen not to big but with everything necessary, living/dinning room not to modern but ok. No problem with check in/out. We would stay there again.

O depto é lindo, pequeno pero muito bem mobiliado com tudo o que a gente precisava. A localizacao é otima, o problema é que pese que nao passam carros tem muito restaurante aberto ate tarde e o barulho das pessoas atrapalha um pouco. O pessoal da imobiliaria gentilissimo, fomos superbem tratados. Gostamos muito

Fin modtagelse, skøn beliggenhed med triumf buen rund om hjørnet. dejlig ren lejlighed, sengen i stuen er en sofa som foldes ud og helt klart kun til børn, til voksne er den for kort og med alt for tynd madres. metro 50 meter.

Great apartment in a lovely part of Paris. Very central: close to the Louvre, centre Pompidou, Seine. It was very confortable to stay with four people.
