Il proprietario dell'appartamento è stato molto gentile, disponibile e professionale. Sempre disponibile per email e per telefono, fornendo indicazioni stradali e dei mezzi pubblici dettagliati che ci hanno permesso di raggiungere l'appartamento rapidamente e senza problemi; addirittura ci ha fatto trovare una scatolina di dolcetti di benvenuto, inoltre gli orari dei musei e una lista di ristoranti consigliati. Inoltre, il proprietario ha accolto il nostro cagnolino senza problemi. L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente a quanto mostrato nelle fotografie, si tratta di un piccolo nido, dai particolari curati, luminoso e accogliente. Posizione ottima: un supermercato vicino e tanti negozietti, insomma tutto quello che serve si trova a portata di mano. - Unico appunto: i pavimenti di legno non essendo ben isolati fanno sentire i passi delle persone al piano di sopra. In conclusione, consiglio vivamente questo appartamento.

The apartment was clean and very nice, located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Galata Tower is very close. The metro station is close by, as the tram was really close. We were very pleasantly surprised. Localne shops are around, with very friendly service. Fatih has provided advice and support at the highest level. I highly recommend! I really would like to go back there. =]

Très bon séjour à Istanbul. Appartement propre, tout le confort nécessaire, emplacement idéal dans un quartier très chaleureux et des petits plus (guides et plans à disposition, boissons au frais, fruits...). Fatih est un excellent hôte, toujours disponible et au petit soin (conseils de restaurants, points d'intérêts, réservation de taxi...). Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

The location and service made this a super place to stay. Just down the street from Galata Tower - in a local neighborhood that seems to be developing rapidly - but has still held on to it's roots. Great little cafes and boutiques surround the place and an easy walk up the hill to Iskatlal street or down the hill to the Tram line. Fatih was super and had plenty of resources at the apartment about Istanbul as well as even showed me around the neighborhood for a quick walk. The room was perfect for a longer stay and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking which helped me save money. I had a great stay!

Die Wohnung liegt zentral - bezogen auf den Stadtteil Beyoğlu - in einer kleinen, ruhigen Seitenstraße. An der Wohnung selbst ist nichts auszusetzen, ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Man hört allerdings jeden Schritt von der darüber befindlichen Wohnung. Einen Preis von über 50 Euro für die Größe und Ausstattung würde ich allerdings nicht bezahlen. Für den gleichen Preis gibt es eine große Auswahl an Hotels mit Frühstück. Meiner Meinung nach könnte der Vermieter ein wenig freundlicher sein.

The studio flat had everything you could possibly wish to have a magical time, its location was perfect and nowhere was too far to walk to. Fatih was the perfect host and made sure that everything was explained. I would thoroughly recommend staying and can't wait to go back.

Appartement très agréable, entièrement conforme aux photos. Fatih a été un hôte accueillant et très compréhensif par rapport à notre retard à l'arrivée. Seul petit bémol : le parquet grince beaucoup et l'appartement du dessus également. Du coup, appartement un peu bruyant. Mais l'appart vaut vraiment le coup, dans un quartier très au calme.

Studio très bien situé (proche de la grande rue d'Istiklal et non loin de la tour de Galata), lumineux, propre et très peu bruyant. On a même une petite vue sur le Bosphore et le côté asiatique. Belle surprise que cette nouvelle salle de bain ! Douche spacieuse et très agréable. C'est dommage que la machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas (mais Fatih, le propriétaire sympathique et accueillant, a prévu de la réparer).

Good value, clean, all-you-need, quiet, well-situated accommodation and a congenial host.
