Bright Designed Apartment

Det var lidt af en overraskelse, at det rent faktisk var et lille hotel vi ankom til. "Lys designer lejlighed" er en overdrivelse, men værelset fungerer fint og personalet på hotellet er utrolig hjælpsomme og venlige. Toilet og bad er på gangen med svingende vandtryk. Nabolaget er roligt. Hotellet ligger super centralt. Ca. 5-10 min's gang i fht. Oxford Street, Underground station og Hydepark. Vil helt klart gerne bo der igen ved næste besøg i London.

We had the check in middle afternoon. The reception was closed but we called on the mobile number and straiaway they came to open the door and hand the keys set. We haven't been told by the way the room was placed at the fourth floor, the building has not the lift and the floor was the last floor of the building. The pictures regarding the bathroom posted on the ad were not matching the real place. Every thing was nice and tidy, bathroom modest yet all working and clean. The cleaning of the room was great and the people really kind and gentle. Great location by the way in between two of the most key town points to looking around. You might not need to get any tube almost.

I felt lucky getting an apartment in London for £58 for a night but didn't know what to expect. The area is great and very accessible to Oxford street and tubes to other areas. We arrived just before 3pm (half an hour AFTER check in) and had trouble getting in contact with care-taker because the office was closed. After ten minutes we were successful only to be told our room wasn't ready yet and they needed another half an hour. Normally I wouldn't mind but we were on a tight schedule to meet friends so it did affect our plans a little. Our room was finally ready at 3:40pm. The room wasn't as nice as the one in the photo, very basic but it was clean. Be aware that it is a shared toilet and bathroom which were very basic again. It's a bargain price, in a good location but don't expect a lot.

We've been to London so many times, but this was one of our best trips ever! The apartment was clean and lovely, very silent although next to the street and the staff was always friendly and helped us a lot. We will definitely come back!

Réception aimable dans un très beau quartier mais l'intérieur était minable, vieux, en mauvais état, très bruyant de l'intérieur comme de l'extérieur et des sanitaires collectifs en piteux état ! Le tout étant, toutefois, très propre. Je tiens des photos à votre disposition.

The location is very central and very comfortable for moving around the town. Unfortunately our room had quite old decoration, especially the floor. Besides, I didn't realise, that it's not a private room in a private house/flat, but rather a pension, which makes a bathroom on the floor not quite as acceptable (for my personal taste) as in a private one-famlily-flat. Nevertheless the common bathroom was very clean like we were the only ones who used it (I hardly saw any other guests there as well). The staff is very friendly and helpful though.

Es war leider schwierig, ins App zu gelangen, da niemand dort war, um zu öffnen und es brauchte eine Weile, bis jemand kam. Es war nicht das von uns gebuchte Zimmer, denn dieses hatte ein Doppelbett mit nur einer Bettdecke. Wir wollten aber 2 Betten. Der Teppich war schauerlich schmutzig, von der alten Gardine nicht zu reden. Mitten in der Nacht ist beim Lichteinschalten die Deckenlampe explodiert und hätten wir nicht eine Nachttischlampe gehabt, hätten wir im Dunkeln gesessen. Dieses App würden wir nicht weiterempfehlen.

London is a scandalous expensive city...so this studio is a good quality-price. Cool to cook, clean, and near the principals turistics places walking (45 mn). Could be better with a new window to cut the noise of the street... We had a good time there ! Londres est une ville scandaleusement chère...donc ce studio est bien au niveau qualité-prix. Cool pour cuisiner, propre, et près des principaux sites touristiques en marchant (45 mn). Pourrait être mieux en changeant la vieille fenetre pour du double vitrage, ce qui permettrait de couper le bruit de la rue. On y a passé un bon moment !

Limpio, barato y super bien situado. Cuarto de baño minusculo, no tiene ascensor. Repetiremos.

Für den Preis darf man nichts besonderes erwarten. Jedoch ist das mit dem Preis schon okay, erst recht für die Lage. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Es ist nicht das sauberste Hotel aber okay. Wir haben ja die Bewertungen vorher gelesen und waren dementsprechend vorbereitet ;-). Also ich würde es noch mal buchen. Die Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür und sehr gute Anbindungen an andere Busse.
