We ask you to take care of the apartment as if it were your own.

A participation for the heating is request, according to your consumption.
A deposit of 150 euros is required upon arrival.
The Apartment was really nice and clean. The size in the description seems right and is perfect and very comfortable for two peaple. The hostess was propably the nicest woman you'll ever meet. The biggest advantage of this apartment is the location. It's right around the corner of the capitol-square and to the right of the door is a bakery, a snack-shop and a bar and to the right is a subway(sandwich-shop) as well as a small supermarket. Just great! Highly reccomendable! There also is a very good wi-fi included (10MBit/s downlink, I measured)

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt im Zentrum von Toulouse, wenige Meter vom Place du Capitole entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, so dass an nichts fehlt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es eine Energiebeschränkung gibt und man für den angegebenen Preis nur 15kW Strom pro Woche verbrauchen darf. Das ist im Winter nicht zu schaffen (wir haben kaum geheizt, waren tagsüber nicht in der Wohnung und haben trotzdem über 100kW verbraucht, die wir dann nachzahlen mussten!).

You will be refunded the total price minus the Wimdu cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 2 days before check-in (by 12 noon, local time). For cancellations that are made less than 2 days before check-in, you will be refunded 5% of the total price minus the cancellation fee.
