Somerset/Orchard RM for 3!

Hôte agréable et accueillante,logement simple mais propre, un peu bruyant tôt le matin quand les autres locataires se lèvent, porte vitrée laissant passer le jour tôt le matin également. Excellente situation centrale et proche métro. Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour Singapour

Initially perturbed by managers email offerring upgrade to ensuite though failed to advise of additional cost.When i highlighted would like to make an informed decision received a kurt response of leave it then which was a little off putting. One of the rooms we booked was next to front door of apartment and partition wall backed onto kitchen subsequently noise from other guests entering the building or using kitchen during early hours was disturbing. Partition walls in some of the rooms are extremely thin so you can hear the smallest thing. However the negatives aside the place is clean and good value for money. If you do not have ensuite there are numerous bathrooms to use all clean and well maintained. Contrary to initial reservation Daylin was a perfect host, receptive and accommodating. Location fine with good ameneties on your doorstep 24/7.

The location is perfect for tourist, walking distance to orchard road,mall, near MRT station, grocery, drug store, laundry service, restaurants and hawker center. The house is big and warming. No problem to those in need of wifi, but make sure to follow the rules and regulations of the house.

The host is friendly and responded quickly. The place is located very close the Singapore's shopping hub; Orchard. The room itself is basic; cleanliness is 3/5, there wasn't hot water and shower not working during my stay. overall, if you are looking for a place just for spending the night, this is appropriate. Don't expect anything more than that.

The room is simple, not big, but nice enough, with a large window going on a terrace. The bed is good. The bathrooms are shared ones, in this small guest house. There is a big shared terrace on the other side of this huge old appartment, where to have a coffee and breakfast (you can make hot water and light cooking in the kitchen), smoke a cigarette, or discuss with other guests. Wifi's working. I think this place is good value for money.

The location was great, close to a city centre MRT. Room was windowless but for that price and location it was totally fair.

It is a private apartment which may be existing for more than 20 years. Locationwise is good, close to Singtel building, many shops and one 24 hour coffee shop and a 24 hours upermarket nearby . However the room aircon was happened to have water leaking during the first night. The host/maid told me she will get a plumber to solve the problem on the next day. Since the incident was happened on a Sunday, I understand there was difficult to get a plumber at such a sudden. When I came back to the room on Monday night, the aircon was still water leaking, and i have to go to her kitchen and take a bowl for contain the water, so that my bed would not get wet. Room for improvement for coping an accident or problem which is suddently arised.

The best location, clean room. Daylin, the hostess, is very friendly and helpful. Definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Excellent location. 24 hour supermarket just across the road. Few minutes walk to Somerset MRT station and Orchard Road. Many toilets in the building. Lift available.

Excellent accomodation..very peaceful..great location, behind Somerset station and behind the heart of Singapore-Orchard road..Daylin mam is very cooperative..
