Beautiful apartment with sea views

Marta was a great host and the area was exactly what has brought me back to Barcelona again and again. You walk out the door right on to a fabulous beach and are near many great attractions. It is also very (1min) near all nessesary food shops (butchers, produce and spar). Brilliant.

El apartamento es muy bonita y práctica, y la ubicación a sólo 2 min. de la playa en el acogedor e histórico barrio de Barceloneta es perfecta! Sumamente recomendable para una pareja o hasta una familia de 4 personas que quiere visitar a la metrópoli Barcelona, pero vivir alejado a 20. min a pie de todo el alborroto turístico!

Nice apartment very close to the beach and in walking distance from to the Gothic area. The apartment has a good standard and everything was very clean when we arrived. Highly recommendable :-)

Both the apartment and Marta are great. Marta has thought of everything you could need, hairdryer, pots and pans etc.The Apartment is really nicely decorated, and exceptionally clean. The shower is good and everything works. The location is brilliant right next to the beach can walk back having had a swim in swimming stuff, view of sea from balcony, which is ok to stand on but not for a table. The living area was a good size for 2 of us. There is a restaurant below (shown in the picutres) but we heard no noise from this at all. Would definitely visit it again!

Marta was a fabulous host, she met us at the apartment with a warm welcome and gave us all the infomation we needed. She was flexible on arrival and depature times to meet our needs. The apartment itself was lovely, spotless and decorated beautifully and the location was great. Literally minutes from the beach. All in all a wonderful stay!

Die Inhaberin des Apartments hat sich umgehend auf englisch per Email gemeldet. So konnten wir unkompliziert eine Uhrzeit abmachen, wann jemand zur Übergabe der Schlüssel vorbeikommt. Zur Wohnung: Ideal für zwei bis drei Personen, aber für eine Woche geht es auch mal zu viert. Das Hochbett wackelt jedoch, wenn sich der oben liegende in der Nacht dreht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig und in der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Strand und den Strandcafes. Balkon ist nur für eine Zigarette gut (Trittbalkon). Einkaufen kann man unmittelbar, z.B. beim kleinen SPAR und Bäckereien gibt´s auch viele. Noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Die Haustür schließt schlecht, das Treppenhaus müffelt (die Wohnung jedoch nicht!!!), der Zweiplatten-Gasherd ist für zwei Töpfe etwas klein, die Duschkopfhalterung hängt in den letzten Zügen, das Ikea-Sofa ist nicht ganz sauber (Decke drüber) und es gibt ausschließlich spanische Sender in Fernsehen - (vermutlich: DVBT).

Prima appartement. Het ligt in een hele leuke wijk. Het appartement is niet groot, maar het heeft wel 2 slaapkamers, wat wij erg prettig vonden. We werden opgehaald (tegen betaling) van het vliegveld door Rosa. Dit was door Marta geregeld. Dit beviel ons erg goed. Rosa heeft ons ook weer naar het vliegveld gebracht. Zij was erg vriendelijk en heeft ons ook tips gegeven.
