Charming 1 bed in Paris

Un ottimo soggiorno nell'appartamento di Fatima, lei è stata molto gentile, siamo stati accolti bene nonostante un po di ritardo rispetto all'orario stabilito. Appartamento carino in una zona un po periferica ma tranquilla, dove c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta per quanto riguarda locali per colazione o pasti, comunque il centro è raggiungibile in pochissimo tempo con la metro. Wir sind von Fatimas Schwester empfangen worden - sie war auch sehr nett. Alles ist sehr unkompliziert, keine Kontrolle, keine Kaution, konnten die Wohnung auch am Abreiestag bis 19 Uhr nutzen. Alles notwendige ist da - jetzt auch eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Lage ist wie schon vorher beschrieben prima, ein Supermarkt fast vor der Tür, viele kleine französische Geschäfte auf dem Weg zur Metro. Einziges Minus: man sollte keine deutsche Sauberkeit erwarten und die Bettwäsche vielleicht selber schnell waschen (Waschmaschine ist da). Uns hat es gefallen. Für eine Familie mit Kindern ist es sicherlich besser als jedes bezahlbare Hotel.

Zu Anfang vielen Dank für den guten Kontakt und die Flexibilität. Das Appartement ist sehr schön, sauber und gut gelegen. Anreise und Abreise mit den Nähverkehrsmitteln waren einfach. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Paris wollen, werden wir sicher das Appartement wieder in Betracht ziehen.

Eine sehr nette, typisch französische Wohnung. Etwas weit weg von den "üblichen" Sehenswürdigkeiten - per Metro und Bus aber gut zu erreichen.

Appartement charmant dans un quartier calme pour Paris.Fatima est tres accueillante.Le metro est a 10 min a pied ,un peu loin apres une journee de marche.pratique:il y a un magasin d allimentation tout proche. ps :parking payant rue olivier metra a eviter!!!(45 min pour recuperer notre voiture!)

The property was very good. Fatima was an excellent host. She made available all that will be needed to make our stay comfortable. She was NOT nosey, was courteous and very supportive. I recommend this to anyone who needs an apartment to stay in Paris. The property is located within an area where shopping and transportation is convenient

Wir hatten 3 schöne Tage in Paris und fanden die Lage der Wohnung in Menilmontant soweit in Ordnung. Die Gastgeberin Fatima war sehr nett, spricht auch Englisch und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Alles in allem haben wir uns dort wohlgefühlt, auch wenn die Wohung gegenüber dem Internet auftritt leider ein wenig abgewohnt ist. Parkmöglichkeit gab es nur in einem Parkhaus, 3 Tage ca. 45,--EUR. Zum Parkhaus und zur nächsten Metrostation waren es ca. 7 - 8 Minuten. Wer gerne Kaffee trinkt, sollte Nespresso Kapseln dabei haben oder um die Ecke im Supermarkt besorgen, denn eine Kaffeemaschine für Filtertüten ist nicht verfügbar. Inderdaad charmant appartement en leuke buurt. Maar niet gepoetst en niets klaar gelegd voor het dekken van de bedden je moest alles maar gaan zoeken er ontbrak ook een dekbed. De vuile was stond in de badkamer en dat vond de host geen probleem. In de keuken niet 1 capsule voor een eerste kopje koffie, wc papier moest je zelf gaan kopen... kortom vuil en niet verzorgd.

My husband, two children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris. The size of the apartment was exactly what we'd expected. It was great having Carrefour supermarket right on your doorstep. There is a laundromat, bakeries, butchers, and yet another supermarket within a stone's throw away from the apartment. The nearest metro station is Gambetta which is only a ten minute walk away. By every definition it was better than having a hotel room.
