Chez Arnaud - Apartment on the Canal Saint Martin

Petit appartement agréable, très bien situé. Nous le recommandons...

Firstly, thanks to Arnaud for providing your flat. We have stayed 2 days in Paris and we have enjoyed every minute. The room (which is on the 6th floor!!) was small but really clean and decent. All necessary facilities (shower, cooker, fridge….) were available. I was also impressed of the big and really good DVD collection from Arnaud, with several top-class movies. ;) Unfortunately Arnaud himself wasn’t available, but he has arranged a meeting with the friend Laurie, who was really helpful and friendly. The whole “key handing over” was really uncomplicated. The metro station “Jaures” is just 2-3 minutes away and it’s very easy to reach the must-seen places of Paris. Also a good bakery and a super market are close to the flat. We want also praise the Jaures Café and Restaurant near the metro station, where we had a great dinner at our last evening. Summarized it was a great vacation in Paris and we will say thank you Arnaud for your nice flat. So, if you are interested to see Paris and need a place to sleep, ask Arnaud and maybe you will have a good solution for your trip.

Yess, and big Yess, that was great!!! Let's start with Arnaud him self- he is very helpful and nice person, he met me in Paris in late hours, even do he had a meeting- he managed to find that time to show me around.... His flat is fantastic!!! It's not very big, but it's very comfy, tell you truth after first day in there - I start to love it as my own room, nice area, clean, safe.... Out of ten I give Arnauds apartment deserved 10!!! I'm looking forward to go there again, if I will have a chance!!! Thank you very much Arnaud!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this appartment very much. It is quite, really clean and perfect for a couple. The key delivery was easily. Arnaud waited for us and explained everything. He is a very friendly host! Cause the appartment is situated next to the metro station "Bolivar" we reached the city in a few minutes and the great district Montmatre is only 5 stations away. Take a 5 minutes walk from the flat to the parc Buttes Chaumont: it is the most impressive parc we have ever seen. Greetings from Dresden, Germany

Appartement conforme à la description. Situation parfaite et équilibre entre proximité du centre, commerces à proximité et promenades sympas dans le coin.

Eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Wir haben das Wochenende bei Arnaud sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder ;)!

Logement très agréable dans un super quartier. Tout s'est très bien passé grâce à un hôte très sympathique et bien organisé. Je recommande fortement!!!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und alles da was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man hat alles was man braucht in der nähe und kann schnell alle wichtigen Punkte in Paris erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft mitten in Paris mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Gemütlich eingerichtetes, sehr gepflegtes Appartment. Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!
