Simple, Affordable & Central Flat (LA11-29)

We rented two apartments from Walter in this building. The apartments were comfortable and clean, and the location is very good. There is an U-Bahn station right downstairs which will get you to the center of Vienna in 20 minutes. Very easy to get around. The Prater is a 10 minute walk. There are a few restaurants close by - nothing special - but good for a quick meal. I would stay here again if coming back to Vienna. What a beautiful city! Give yourself at least 1/2 a day at the Schonbrunn Palace. Even if you don't like classical music, take a tour of the Musikverein. Take the tram around the Ringstrasse.

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour faire le marathon de Vienne. Il est idéalement placé, à 15 minutes à pied du départ de la course et à 10 minutes à pied de la Gare Praterstern.Il y a également une bouche de métro juste à coté de l'appartement. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème durant les 3 jours passés sur place. Pour 2 ou 3 personnes c'est vraiment parfait et bien équipé.

Hello to everybody! I want to tell you about our stay at this app in October'12. Apartment is very nice, comfortable and clean. Very close to the metro station Leopoldau (5-7 min to State Opera). Owner friendly, easy to contact, willing to help. I would recommend it to my friends, not for the luxury, but everything you need for a comfortable stay in Vienna!!

Really a comfortable stay. The apartment/studio itself is Spartanly furnished, which may not appeal to some, but I found to be sort of relaxing and comfortable in a simple way. The best part is that a red line metro station is half a block away... from door-to-door city center is no more than 10 minutes away, which made the whole visit really easy for someone naive to Vienna.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral, die U-Bahn um die Ecke. Wenn man sich an den Geruch der Wohnung gewöhnt hat, kann man es sich durchaus gemütlich machen - vor allem das Bett ist sehr gut. Bei uns war die Handhabung von An- und Abreise sehr flexibel und entgegenkommend. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig in Ordnung.

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung im Internet. Ich wuerde es Gaesten empfehlen, fuer die nicht Luxus, sondern alles Notwendige fuer einen gemuetlichen Aufenthalt in Wien wichtig ist. Mir war die Wohnung nur ein bisschen zu laut.

Super Wohnung mit einer netten Küche! Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut und man kommt schnell in die Innenstadt. Für den Preis gibt es nichts Besseres in Wien :)

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Fewo stimmt absolut und die Lage ist top. Man hat einen guten Standort, die Donauinsel gleich in der Nähe und viele Geschäfte um's Eck!

Einfach und unkompliziert zu buchen, hab das erste Mal über Wimdu gebucht und alle waren sehr hilfsbereit

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen ,es hat alles super geklapt.Das Apartment bietet alles was man braucht und liegt sehr zentral.Mit der U-Bahn kann man ganz bequem Wien erkunden .Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Wien .
