Studio For Two in the Latin Quarter

This is my second time in this appartment, and again I enjoyed the place very much. It is relatively spacious (even the bathroom!) and has everything you need: a good real bed, a well-equipped kitchen, fast internet and a table for writing. I like the lively neighbourhood. The check-in and check-out are smooth and very friendly. I hope to be back soon!

Perfect location, pretty apartment! Myriam and Stephan are kind, helpful and reliable. I will recommend them to my freinds. We had a beutiful 5-days in Paris. Thanks for everything!

Ho soggiornato con il mio bambino a marzo 2013. Posizione meravigliosa, a due passi dal Panthéon e cinque minuti dall'Ile de la Cité. Bilocale arredato in modo simpatico. Pulito, un po' rumosorso, ma sistemazione assolutamente da consigliare!

Fantastisk dejlig og "farverig" lille lejlighed. Drak kaffe i morgensolen på den franske altan (det gir` da mening) med udsigt ud over et lille hyggeligt torv. Kan varmt anbefale denne lejlighed som er placeret i gåafstand fra bl.a. Phantheon og Notre Dame.

L'appartement est très bien situé dans le quartier latin et donnant vue sur une charmante petite place. Il est simple, coloré, très lumineux et fonctionnel avec tous les équipements nécéssaires. Idéal pour 2 personnes. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et bars à proximité. Peut être un peu bruyant les week-end à la rentrée des noctambules, car le quartier est animé le soir. La station de métro est à 200 mètres. Nous avons beaucoup visité Paris à pieds, ce qui permet de découvrir des lieux interessants. Merci :-)

Casetta veramente accogliente. I suoi mille colori riescono a illuminare le piovose giornate parigine. Posizione perfetta, situata a poche centinaia di metri da due differenti linee del Metrò. Accoglienza puntuale e gentilissima. Unico difetto nel caso si abbiano orari "familiari" sono i rumori provenienti dalla strada, che sono comunque molto attutiti dai doppi vetri (finiscono al massimo all'una di notte). Veramente una bella casetta!!!

Es ist eine schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage! Die Übergabe des Schlüssels hat super geklappt. Alles sehr zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich in einem guten Zustand und alles funktioniert. Eine gewisse Abnutzung ist aber natürlich vorhanden, aber nicht weiter schlimm. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

+ gute lage + guter, unkomplizierter service (empfang, einweisung) + auch englisch-sprachig + gute anbindung an öffentliche verkehrsmittel + preiswerte restaurants in laufnähe (3 min.) + supermärkte und bäckereien in laufnähe (3 min.) + originelle einrichtung (studentenbuden-charme, viel "schnickschnack") + alle ausstattung funktionsfähig + wlan gratis inklusive + hell; fenster nach süden - bad, einrichtung und ausstattung abgenutzt und ungepflegt - mässige sauberkeit - sehr hellhörig, besonders zum treppenhaus - platz und haus am wochenende nachts sehr laut - zigarettenrauch zieht nachts vom treppenhaus herein - bad ohne belüftung und abzug; kein duschvorhang

Quartier parfait pour visiter la cité à pied mais il y à un station de la métro à 3 minutes à pied.la petite place était très jolie avec un supermarché et beaucoup de café. Le panthéon ce trouve à maximum 10 minutes à pied et le jardin de luxembourg aussi! Le wifi était parfait! La maison c'est très fonctionnel et propre. Merci beaucoup!
