Enchanting Room in Rome

+: a very good location, it was great to see the Colosseum two times a day, we liked the dog and the cats, a comfortable bed, a couch to sit on, great owners, very helpful, a kitchen where you can eat your breakfast (bring your own bread) and plan your day in Rome. -: the shower was a bit small, and the warm water was sometimes not available, also there is only one toilet, (which was only occupied for a few minutes when i wanted to get in.)

For us the room was perfect, after strolling through Rome for a whole day it's nice to sit down on the couch and to go through the day with a good glass of wine. It was comfortable and clean. .. and not only it's a remarkable and enchanting room, it's owners, Lorenzo and Carlos, are also worth mentioning. They're kind, helping with all kind of information. We even could leave our bags at Carlos' shop, where you can get good wines and other south european delicacies, after checking out. It's situated perfect to start exploring the city of Rome. The colosseo is at the end of the street (300 metres) and the Metro a bit further (700 metres). I can recommend this B&B to everyone.

We spent for nights in the apartment and really recommend it to everyone looking for a super central location in Rome. You get their big room with plenty of space including couch, big table and messanine sleeping-area. The guys are really friendly and helpful. They own a nice wine shop across the street, so you know where to find them. Be aware you share a bathroom and there are 2 cats in the apartment as well. We did not mind any of this and had a great time, especially because of the extremely central location near to the Colloseum in a very cool part of Rome with local stores and restaurants nearby.

Dear all, we stayed in a very nice place in a lovely area in Rome. The area was like a little village in the big city, the house was run by two very helpful hosts. Their knowledge of the public transport was perfect, and one of the owners has a little, very good wineshop just opposite the appartemen! A clean, cosy, quiet and not very expensive place nearby all places you want to visit or wander about: what more can you wish for. Bart & Carlien, from Amsterdam.

Week end 12 au 15 avril 2013. idéalement situé à 200m du colisée, cette chambre est très coquette, les hotes nous ont réservé un excellent accueil, jamais avares de conseils. et très discrets. De plus, vous pourrez profiter des restaurants aux alentours, notamment El bocconcino via ostilia qui est très bon. Je vous le recommande de plus, vous pourrez profitez pleinement du colisée de nuit qui offre un très beau spectacle. Centre ville très proche qu'on peut faire à pied, métro à 200m de la chambre

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location is at walking distance of the colleseum and other archeological sites. Clean bathroom and nice apartment with elevated bedroom very romantic.

L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir Rome, la chambre est très spacieuse et située à deux pas du Colisée. Les Hôtes sont discrets et très agréables. A refaire : )

Carlos & Lorenzo, unsere Gastgeber, waren sehr freundlich, charmant und diskret. Das Zimmer ist nett eingerichtet und das Bett bequem.Die Wohnung hat eine lebhafte ideale Lage, so dass Rom zu Fuß erobert werden kann! Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen in der kleinen Küche liebevoll vorbereitet. Besonders zu empfehlen ist ihr kleiner Weinladen mit Spezialitäten direkt gegenüber ihrer Wohnung! Danke! Luisa & Anne

Lorenzo et Carlos nos hôtes sont très accueillants, charmants et discrets. De très bon conseils pour organiser les visites et les bonnes adresses. Ils pratiquent trois langues (l'anglais, l'espagnole et bien sur l'italien). L'appartement est superbe (salon avec tout le nécessaire, petite mezzanine pour un couchage agréable) est situé à proximité des sites historiques. Nous recommandons vivement notre hôte. Unser Aufenthalt war zwar kurz, jedoch sehr angenhem! Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, wie beschrieben paar gehminuten vom Collosseum entfernt. Die Gastgeber waren immer hilfsbereit und bereit uns Informationen ueber Stadt, Verkehrsmoeglichkeiten und Orte zu geben! Das Zimmer richtig niedlich in einem alten italienischen Altbaugebaeude wo man stolz ist die Schluessel zu haben und eintreten zu koennen. Der einzige Nachteil war das Wlan, welches nicht immer erreichbar war. Aber alles in allem ein ueberaus gelungener Aufenthalt.
