We had a very enjoyable stay in this flat. Quiet location, close to the centre of town, beach so near. Lovely flat, clean, balcony, good quality television, and excellent sofabed and spare bed. The flat was never too hot, due to the direction of windows/balcony. Contact person close-by, and so nice and friendly and also speaks English fluently. Really hope can come and stay here again one day.

This apartment is in a fantastic location near the beach and shopping with easy access to buses and a not-too-long walk to the center of Nice. The quiet, private balcony overlooking tropical greenery is especially nice. The bed is not super comfortable, and the bathroom could stand some renovation, but the low price makes up for these small flaws. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful. I would want to stay here again!

Very conveniently situated, extremely helpful hosts. Very little noise despite being so close to the promenade.
