The house is located at one of the most interesting areas in Valencia, namely Ruzafa. There are two supermarkets next to the house, a bakery, and a big market (Mercado de Ruzafa). It's only 20 minutes walk to the historical center of Valencia and also there are several but stations close by. It's also 15-20 minutes walk to the city of arts and science, and only 10 min walk to Turia jardines. The house itself is very comfortable and modern and has everything you may need. The owner is also very helpful and if there is any problem she will solve it quite fast. In general I had a great time there for one month.

Our accomodation was in a great location, newly renovated and in a lovely condition. Only problem was the lack of air conditioning but fans were supplied. I would happily return

Very nice appartment ! Good location and very modern. Next to the apartment is a supermarket, which is very handy! ideal location for a week of valencia.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Sa localisation est vraiment parfaite pour profiter au maximum de la ville ( marché central a 5 minutes, les jardins de la turia a 2 pas,....) Le quartier d el carmen est vraiment un très bon quartier pour ses restaurants et ses bars.Le logement correspond bien aux photos, il est tres bien equipé et agréable.lors de notre prochain sejour à Valencia, nous n esiterons pas à le reserver de nouveau ! A recommander

Valencia is a beautiful city much bigger than I expected. We stayed in El Carmen the old town where there is lots of bars and the food is amazing. The beach is the nicest beach I have ever been to the sand is white and the water is so clear. We got a taxi there it cost about 10 euro as the heat in June 35c it would be impossible to walk and the bus stop is about 15 minutes walk. Ripalda apartment is in a good location away from all the touristy places but has a nice bar across the road with friendly staff. I would recommend not to take to many clothes because the Central market is huge and you want bring everything back and I unfortunately had no room.

Het appartement is schoon en alles is, zoals in de omschrijving. Groot genoeg voor 2 personen. Wel veel trappen om boven te komen. Prima accomodatie, dicht bij het oude centrum.
