Beautiful Terrace by the River

Karine est au demeurant charmante. Cependant le logement est trés bruyant pour ceux qui résident dans le séjour. Autoroute et train sous la terrasse. Par ailleurs le logement est insuffisamment équipé . Pas de bols ni mags pour le petit déjeuner, manque d'ustensiles de cuisine.

We had a good stay at the apartment. It was just as advertised. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well appointed and clean. We will be back!

Appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf in Rome. De inrichting is wel wat kaal. Er is een terras met wijds uitzicht over de Tiber. Veel lawaai door verkeerswegen en trein, ook als alle ramen en deuren zijn gesloten. Goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Goede service door hulpvaardige beheerder.

It was a very nice apartment and we enjoy our stay at this apartment.

The advantages to this apartment are numerous. It is the right location for the right price. The arched views of the more rural landscape of Roma Nord are breathtaking from the living and dining rooms. They provide perfect privacy from the more urban Rome, just a few minutes away via metro. Though we did not rent a car, there is ample space for parking and a large television if you choose. The apartment is heated well and had a wonderful soaking tub. Karinne and Madea were quick to explain everything, responsive to our emails and otherwise granted us total privacy. The washing machine is useful for cleaning the one set of sheets and towels in the apartment. And a grocery was found just 15 minutes away on Via Veientana Vetere. We would not stay again, only because of the hard bed mattress, but it was a wonderful place at the perfect time. We highly recommend.

I enjoyed a very lovely stay with m&k's apartment in Rome. When I first arrived there was mildew around the windows and in the bathroom. I contacted Madea and he had it cleaned immediately and after it was completely spotless. The water heater also had a problem one day and once again Madea took care of it immediately, sympathizing with us about how awful it is to no be able to take a shower. The apartment is a bit far from Rome but with easy subway access. One night we were out late in Rome and missed the last train. We found taking the night bus to be extremely easy and it dropped us off in front of the apartment. I would stay here again.

Superbe appartement, bien équipé, bien situé à 15mn en métro du centre historique. On avait loué une voiture qui du coup ne nous a pas servi. Hôtes charmants parlant parfaitement le français. Merci à vous deux.
