House rules

Check-in is from 15:00 onwards, although early check-in may be possible if the apartment is empty on the previous night.

Check-out is no later then 11 a.m. If you need to stay longer we can offer you extra half day for the half price, or you can store your luggage in our office.

Check in takes place at different address then the actual apartment. Apartment is withing 5-15 minutes walking from our office and exact address is mentioned in confirmation voucher.

WE ALSO REQUIRE AN EMBOSSED CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO THE RENTED APARTMENT OR FOR LOSS OF KEYS FROM THE APARTMENT.

wir waren Ende März 2013 in Prag. Die Wohnung war klasse ( so eine hätten wir gerne zu Hause !), der shuttle service vom Flughafen zur Wohnung und wieder zurück, klappte erstklassig und Prag war sowieso spitze. Alles in Allem: Note 1

Das erste Mal, dass ich hier buche. Super Appartment, toller Blick und gute Lage. Katarina und Team waren per Email immer erreichbar, das war toll. Auch vor Ort alles in Ordnung. Nur der männlich Kollege von der Rezeption war nicht nett - leider, very rude. Sein Manager Andrej hat es dafür wieder gut gemacht und auch die anderen Damen am nächsten Tag waren nett. Appartent ist super gelegen, toller Blick. Handtücher müssten mehr sein; es waren nur ein Duschtuch pro Person vorhanden leider kein Handtuch. Das muss man dann umständlich im Office holen. Schöner, wenn Hand- und Duschtücher gleich da sind. Rundum, würden wir wieder hinfahren.

New and fresh. Calm and quiet. Close to the overgroundtrain and10 minutes walk to the underground. Although we were promised wifi it was big trouble. Took a day before it was corrected after several pressures. The apartment is definitely recommended!

Dès le début nous avons reçu toutes les réponses aux questions que nous avons posées à notre hôte. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement bien équipé, il est agréable de pouvoir faire soi-même la cuisine à Prague aussi cet équipement est un point fort. De plus l'appartement est très bien localisé. un seul point critique : parfois un peu bruyant ( ce qui peut être normal dans une résidence de plusieurs appartement en centre ville). Nous vous recommandons ce logement.
