Helena & Vassilis are that kind of hosters that one would like to meet ever. Very attentive and caring. The Studio is very comfy and you can find yourself as if you were at your own home -every detail is taken into consideration. Lovely terrace to spend there a few time sunbathing.

Not only do they take the time to listen and learn what you want to do, they even offer you great ideas and the must see places complete with a map, budget friendly transportation suggestions, and a wonderful packet of info that will become your best friend. To further give you an additional picture of your thoughtful hosts, imagine your first day out & about in the beautiful city of Athens and you receive a text message or a phone call, your choice, asking you if you need anything, are you finding your way around OK, or the old is everything all right? Ladies & Gentleman that is Class & an Awesome Feeling. Your hosts go above and beyond to ensure that You are the Queen or King and they will do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your vacation. Moving on to the flat that has it's very own private entry, this really becomes your home away from home. You have several super markets, cafes, restaurants, banks etc, all with in 2-10 minute walk from your door step. You will appreciate having your own Private home with a private bathroom, Safe, Clean, Quiet, and all the extra comforts at NO additional costs, such as your own personal air conditioning, international cable TV, a huge list of DVDs or video movies, a refrigerator, microwave, a hot kettle, etc. Let me not forget the lovely large balcony that you will enjoy IMMENSELY! Your Private balcony offers you incredible views of the city of Athens. You get to enjoy the beautiful safe balcony surrounded by an array of plants. Imagine an evening sipping a glass of wine sampling the lovely Greek cheeses & crackers under the stars sitting around a large teak table or just laying back in the comfy arm chairs with the lights dimmed low with some quiet background music, while you and whom ever is lucky enough to join you, really get to enjoy the stellar views of the city of Athens by night! If you want to take advantage this Gem in the heart of Athens do book quickly & early. The calender does tend to fill up quite rapidly. This was a 5* experience! Amazing professional, with a personal touch, service. Starting from the very moment i booked the place, when i received to my email, a couple of documents, with suggested places to visit and useful info and sites, to organize my trip to Greece. Saved me a lot of hours searching the web. Yes, do use Helena’s & Vassilis’s suggestions and transportation services. It will save you money and time, plus you got information that no book will offer to you and see Greece through locale’s eyes. The studio is exactly as it is described. Magnificent view of Athens from the veranda (especially during the night, Acropolis is fantastic), ideal to reach port or airport, next to the sea, just outside the center of Athens. A small tip. In Athens centre, takes place almost every other day a strike or demonstration. Consult your hosts about them, otherwise you will find yourself in front of the doors of a closed museum. For the same reason, i was happy that i did not booked something in the centre as the noise, the traffic jam and the blocked streets was something that i did not want to experience. The studio is private, has a new mattress, great free, fast wi fi internet, basic cooking facilities, but i do not think anyone should stay inside and cook, with such great restaurants nearby the house or the shops next to the sea at Marina. A nice surprise was a couple of interesting museums next to the house. I would like to thank Vassilis for insisting to visit them. Also our hosts helped me realize, that using Athens as a base i can visit a lot of places around it with 1 day excursions (islands, Nafplion, Sounio – a must visit-) (Vassilis is a perfect combination of safe driver and guide….thank you for the music tips!). All in all, the studio is great for up to 3 adults, but your hosts are amazing. Thank you Helena & Vassilis for helping me to make the most from my trip. I will be back to make the sailing tour you told me about!

Our transportation to and from the airport was organized by Helena at a cost that is similar or lower than taxis. Our suite was very spacious and well equipped. The balcony alone is huge! The location was terrific for anyone who is car-free. Helena and her staff respond professionally and quickly to inquiries and requests. The information left in the suite is hands above others because it is extensive and clear. Anyone with mobility problems might have trouble with the building lobby and small elevator. Having said that, I recommend this suite to most people for its comfort and amenities.

Wij hebben als gezin een geweldige week in Athene gehad.Zeer mooi weer. Fijne locatie: dicht bij strand en openbaar vervoer was om de hoek. Taxivervoer is bij ons heel goed bevallen: voor € 10,-- sta je in het centrum. Appartement was prima: heerlijk groot balkon waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt met mooi uitzicht op zee. We loved the apartment and the location. The apartment is really spacious with big balconies which get the sun all day. Superb views of the sea and Aegina. There's a dual carriageway between the apartment block and the sea but once you cross it and enter the (free) beach club opposite, you would never believe it was there and you don't hear it in the apartment. We went with 2 teenagers and it was a perfect mix of beach and the sights - it takes about 40 minutes by tram into the centre of Athens. We were met at the airport by one of Helena's associates, Harissa, and she was most welcoming and helpful. Helena's husband drove us to Piraeus at the end of our Athens stay, where we got a ferry to Crete. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Excellent accommodation within walking distance of all the sights. Also very close to the tram for an easy trip to the sea. We were well looked after and the airport pick up is a great bonus.

Helena is an excelent host. It was particularly helpfull that she arranged to pick us up from the airport. The appartment is wonderfully spacious. There is a big balcony that allows you to sit in the sun all day. There is no noise from neighboors, and it sleeps 4 to 6 people.

Helena and Vassilis were fantastic hosts! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very central. Balcony was especially nice as we could sunbathe in the daytime and all eat together outside in the evening. The information left in the apartment helped us a great deal to find our way round the city and find out what to do with our time. Vassilis and Marietta took us on trips to Delphi, Mycenae and Napflio, and we all had a fantastic time, and would recommend these addition excursions to anyone. We couldn't have asked for kinder, more helpful hosts. Thank you!
