Hi! I am Rosa, I am 26 years old women who I am renting my apartment looking forward to know cool people around the world. I am doing an executive master in Marketing Managment meanwhile I work for a world-leading paints supplier company at the Marketing & Communication Department.

So my place is perfect if you want to stay in a local area rather than touristy spot you will stay in a lovely and great location for cafes and walking distance to sights.
The apartment is very close from the citycenter, in the neighborhood of Gracia. Very well connected: metro stations Verdaguer (L5) and Joanic (L4) and just 15 minutes walking from Diagonal, and 10 minutes from Sagrada Familia monument.
You will be able to use the bathroom and the kitchen and every room has its own TV.
"Gracia" is one of the most famous neighborhoods in Barcelona due to popular festivals in August. In addition all the Year there are very good atmosphere on the streets, even during the week. "Verdi street" is the most famous, for its wide variety of restaurant around the world.
Gracia neighborhood is my favourite district in barcelona because you feel like in a small city but being inside barcelona, the area is very quite and faamiliar. Perfect for spend a large period of time studying spanish or in the other hand you can come for holidays and go shopping, sightseeing and enjoying our wonderful cusine. Just below the apartment you can find "Cal Ros" tapas-bar, perfect to taste the tipical Spanish Tapas, or "El Caliu de Gracia", one of my favorite traditional restaurants, where for just 12 € you can eat a delicious daily menu.
