Striking private room in the three bedroom house in the centre of Madrid con baño privado en habitacion

Bueno, en general todo ha sido bastante bien. Salvo una cosa. Nuestra anfitrion tiene un costrumbre de tocar cosas que no le pertenezcan. Incluso a robarlas! Tengan cuidado. Well in general everything was wuite fine except for one thing. This woman, the owner, has a strange habit to touch and steal the things which dont belong to her. Be careful with your proper things.

Die Wohnung war okay. Wir hatten ein eigenes Bad. Leider gab es einen Dachschaden, so dass unsere Sachen im Schrank nass wurden. Das hätte die Vermieterin uns sagen können. Ich denke, das war eine einmalige Sache. Sonst stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Mit dem Bus kann man gut in die Stadt fahren. Zum Rastro kommt man schneller zu Fuß. Alles in allem eine gute Sache.

Die Wohnung hat drei separat vermietete Zimmer und zwei Badezimmer, wie eine WG-Unterkunft. Die Badezimmer sind gut, Küche ok. Ein Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer zur Straße sind ein wenig laut. Unser Zimmer roch leider unangenehm nach Badezimmerabfluss. Die Lage ist sehr gut mit einem Bus ins Zentrum. Der Fluss ist ganz ind er Nähe mit einem langen schönen Grüngürtel.Die Abstimmungen mit Aracali waren angenehm, einfach und unterstützend.

We had a fun stay.The rooms are spacious and we had a private bathroom.Acces to all facilities of a furnished appartement. We could easily go to the centre by bus or metro or even by foot (if you're a cityhiker ;-) ) The hostess was very thorough in explaining the appartment, the surrounding area and the citycentre and provided us with the necessary maps and what not.She was very welcoming and friendly. It's great value for your money!

Apartamento bien situado en buen estado y bien equipado!!! La unica desventaja es que no hay intimidad, ya que la dueña entra cuando le da la gana sin tocar a la puerta....

Je loue régulièrement avec wimdu et je viens de m'apercevoir qu'il fallait faire attention, il n'y a aucun contrôle des appartements. Cet appartement n'était pas en centre de Madrid. L'un d'entre nous est resté coincé dans la salle de bain pendant une heure parce que la serrure était cassée, tout était ruiné dans l'appartement. Une fenêtre ne fermait pas, les chasse d'eau étaient hors d'usage. Le lave vaisselle (important pour nous qui étions 6) ne fonctionnait évidemment pas, il n'y avait pas assez de vaisselle pour 6 alors que l'appartement est prévu soit disant au moins pour 6. Un peu déçu par le site. Cela manque de sérieux. Jean-François PONCIN

nous n'avons pas été logés dans l'appartement prévu mais dans un autre plus près du centre et donc plus bruyant mais fonctionnel et près de tout. Bon accueil malgré heure d'arrivée tardive. Globalement location satisfaisante, un bémol pour l'odeur de cigarette bien présente dans les chambres.

El apartamento no era este por un problema informático pero la verdad que fue una minucia. El apartamento es compartido, estaba Araceli la dueña, la casa es grande, super equipado y bien comunicado con el centro de Madrid con metro y bus en una zona residencial y muy tranquila. La atención de Araceli fue excepcional y muy amable se nota que lleva tiempo dedicándose a eso informándonos de la ciudad perfectamente. Aprovecho para darle las gracias por todo ya que no nos pudimos despedir de ella. RECOMENDABLE

Apartamento muy bien situado y muy tranquilo, al lado de Atocha y muy cerca de los puntos de interés de Madrid. Araceli muy amable, pone a tu disposición mapas y guías y te informa sobre plano de lugares a visitar.

Nice flat near Atocha. Very well situated for the 3 most important galleries in Madrid. Araceli was friendly and helpful. However, it should be made clearer on her Wimdu site that there are three doublerooms being let in the flat. The kitchen is ok for 2 but not for 6, and we were not happy with1 bathroom between 6 with no lock on the door, nor were we happy that we could not secure our own room when we were out.
