Sweet romantic room-apartment for couple, placed at beautiful wooden attic with bathroom, small kitchenette and large balcony, which is located in the heart of Lisbon, Graça, historical part of the city just next to the touristic tram line of 28, close to the most famous post-cards - viewpoints over the city and close to the castle, famous historical part - Alfama, downtown's squares (Rossio, Restauradores, Praça de Comerçio), close to the inter-city train station (St. Apolonia), and the most famous discos (Lux), bars - area (Bairro Alto), and famous fado restaurants.
The attic consists of a room with large twin (couple) bed, WiFi internet, TV - cable, wardrobe; then, there is bathroom (with WC, shower, bidet), small extra space in the attic (possible for 1 more extra guest to sleep with a large discount price - only for groups), small kitchenette, huge balcony with chairs, table, laying bed, sun-umbrella, and barbecue grill.
The attic is upper part of the Duplex apartment, the living room, balcony and the bathroom are sometimes shared with another guest couple.
