30 euros : arrival between 18.00 and 20.00
For any arrival after 21.00, the keys must be picked up at our office. Instructions will be sent

Once the reservation is made, you will need to send us all the details concerning your arrival in Paris:
- Arrival time to the airport and your flight number or arrival time to the train station or even by car (call us one hour before arrival)
- A mobile number where we could reach you before your arrival
If you arrive after 18h00 Mon-Sat you will need to pick up the key from our mailbox in central Paris and the check-in will be done on the day after. If you arrive on a Sunday, you will need to pick up the key from our mailbox in central Paris and the check-in will be done.
Deposit: 750€ / 1000€
The security deposit should be paid upon arrival to the apartment with credit card. If the departure
nventory does not bring to light any damage to the apartment, the furniture or the equipment
(including broken and lost items) and the apartment has been cleaned and left in the same condition
as upon arrival, the security deposit will be returned within 48h.. In case of any damage in the
apartment, we will inform the client within 48hrs of your departure and the deposit will be returned,
with deduction of the cost of any repairs/costs due to the property and its contents.
Surcharge for late arrivals:
• 30 euros from 18.00 to 21.00
• If you arrive after 21.00, we will give you instructions to retrieve the keys at our office
• 50 Euro for Sundays and bank holidays
