Double Room in Central London 5

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in London. Die Wohnung ist wirklich zentral gelegen, sehr gute Anbindung an tube,train, bus. Sehr viele Restaurants, Bars und vieles anderes. Das Haus und die Wohnung ziemlich untergekommen, aber ER hat jetzt angefangen zu renovieren. Badewanne aus den Bildern schon mit Dusche ersetzt worden, sonst Alles noch beim alten. Aber Gastgeber war sehr nett, freundlich. Wir wollten ja nicht in der Wohnung herum sitzen, zum schlaffen hat es gereicht. Mit Zimmernachbarn hatten wir auch Glück, sie kamen spät, genau so wie wir nach langem London Besichtigung, benahmen sich respektvoll Anderen gegenüber, so haben wir nach so viel Studienjahren wieder mal internationale WG-Leben im Zentrum von London erlebt! Und das war schön! Wer wirklich schnell in Zentrum sein möchte, ist das Zimmer sehr zu empfehlen.

The property is in a great location for London centre. Liverpool Street Station is 1 minute away which makes getting about excellent. Coach to Stansted Airport is also at end of street. When arriving at the apartment I was left standing around for a while as no details had been provided of where i was to meet the host. Eventually Marcos assistant arrived after 30 minutes waiting and showed me to the apartment. The entrance way is the same entrance which is used by the Indian restaurant next door so a lot refuse etc is left in the hallway, the carpet on the stairs is in need of replacing as this is communal access with the indian restaurant it is extremely grubby. When I got into the apartment the room I was booked into had not been vacated by the previous guest and a note left for the agent of when they would vacate. Marcos assistant got this sorted out but I was asked to come back in an hour so that the cleaner could clean the room etc. I was able to leave my bag but was a bit anxious that the previous guest could return and have access to my personal belonging. I retunred a time later the room was cleaned and everything was tidy. The bed was extremely comfortable, some minor refurbishments could increase the standard of the property but for the price it is very good, on sunday morning the petticoat lane market is in the street beside which has great bargains and souvenirs. If I was returning to London I would easily rent another room in the property as I know now what the property is like and for the price it is quite good.

Super séjour, chambre agréable et bien située, à côté du métro, le quartier est sympa : tout est à portée de main; un bon plan, peu cher pour Londres!

El piso estaba justo en el centro, y nos lo pasamos genial. A pesar de que llegamos muy tarde, nos recibieron sin ningún problema. La habitación estaba genial y estamos encantados con la visita. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very spacious and clean(ed often), the appartement small but convenient. The kitchen is well equiped, all you need is there! The only downside to this place is that the walls are really thin, you can hear your neighbours to clearly. But, the location makes up for much, right next to Spitalfield Market and almost on the (every sunday) famous petticoat market. And please try the great Indian Restaurant located next door, it food is fantastic! Also nice: the appartement is located only 1 minute from Liverpoolstreet Station, a major transport hub with both trains and tubes. Marcos and his staff are really great, you can contact them very easily. I really recommend this place if you are looking for a nice and not so expensive place in down town London.

Nous avons passé une nuit chez Marcos de samedi à dimanche 31 mars. Ce fut top. L'emplacement est plus qu'idéal: à 15m du métro de liverpool street en plein coeur de la city. La chambre était comme sur la photo, propre, suffisamment grande. Chauffage ok. Salle de bain nickel: le chauffe eau a été changé ainsi que la douche. Et quoi de plus pratique que d'avoir une cuisine à disposition: le tesco est à quelques pas pour faire ses courses. La cuisine est vraiment très bien équipée. Bref, rien à redire.

Das Zimmer liegt superzentral in nur fünf-minütiger Entfernung von der Liverpoolstreet-Station, ist sauber und ideal für einen touristischen Ausflug ins schöne London.

Vollkommen okay Preis/Leistung. Unkompliziert, korrekt, sauber. Eigentlich nichts zu meckern. Kein besonderer Komfort; aber mehr braucht man nicht, wenn man kurz in East London ist. Zentral gelegen (1 Minute von Liverpool Street).

This room is located in a very good area : only one minute away from the underground metrostation and surrounded by great restaurants and pubs. You should really discover the neighbourhood when you're staying at this place, there are some great vintage and alternative stores around the corner! The room was clean and the shared rooms were cleaned every day. Marcoz is very friendly and we had a lovely stay. Perfect rent for students and young people !!

El contacto con Marcos fue muy eficaz, estuvo a la hora a la que la habitación quedaba libre de los otros inquilinos que estaban ocupándola. Nos enseñó la casa, nos explicó cómo funcionaba todo y nos dio las llaves. El alojamiento es una muy buena elección teniendo en cuenta lo que nos costó (menos de 60 euros por noche la habitación doble), la localización (justo al lado de la estación de Liverpool Street, a la que además llegan los autobuses que llegan y van a Stansted) y las características (cocina, baño, habitación doble con frigorífico, calefacción, wifi, cama muy confortable, etc). Lo recomendamos, ¡excepto en el caso de que suba los precios!
