Designer house at the gates of Paris

My wife and I and our two kids (4 and 1 y.o.) staid for three nights in Dan Thanh's wonderful house. We planned this trip to visit Disneyland Paris and Paris itself of course. We were very satisfied about the house. It was very spacious, clean, well equiped, and situated in a small quiet street nearby the Metro, supermarket and petrol station. We went to Disneyland by car as Dan Thanh advised us to do, but to visit Paris we used the metro. Dan Thanh does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. When people will ask us if we know a nice place to stay in Paris, we will definitely recommend Dan Thanh's house.

We love the house and Dan! It is a big house, enough space for 4 people. You have to walk only 5 minutes to the metro and the Carrefour en bakery are nearby. It is a quiet house. We didn't use the kitchen a lot. We went all day to Paris and had our diners in the city. We felt really connected with Dan. It's is wonderful that she "shares" her house with the guests. Dan created this house with a great atmosphere and style! We highly recommend this very beautiful house. Thanks Dan! We hope to see you again :-) Peter, Marjan, Bas and Dirk

Dan Thanh war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin! Das Haus entspricht absolut den gezeigten Bildern und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Verbindung mit der U Bahn ins Zentrum läuft stressfrei und ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Shoppingcenter nebenan hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder zu Dan Thanh und können das Haus und die Gastgeberin zu 100% empfehlen.

I stayed with my family (husband and two childreen 8 and 13) for 5 day in this house. We loved it! Miss Dan Than is very polite and helpful. She gave us many good tips and can help you handling erverything in the house and in Paris.The house was very clean and you will love the comfortably sofa. Besides there are two of them, so the childreen had their own area to play in the background of the living room. The TV and mediasound was great, we even had all station of german tv and also a blue-ray player was there. If you are used to handle those things it was easy. The equipment of the kitchen had all you need and more: a gas cooker, an electric furnace, a micro wave, a dishwasher and what our kids loved most was a fridge with ice-cube dispenser. ;) There are two modern toilets and two nice rainshowers and Miss Dan Thanh offered us as many towels as we need. You can even use her hair drier. A perfect service! The beds are good but you have to try wich is perfect for you. The single beds are a little bit harder (i prefered it because of my back trouble), the brider bed is softer. If you go out on the terasse in the garden you can enjoy a quiet atmosphere only interrupted by the singing of the birds. Its perfect illuminated. We need 5 minutes to go to the next metro station, and around 30 minutes to get in the middle of Paris with it. It was easy to handle the metro and relaxing. Don't use your car, we tried it once, but the traffic in Paris is horrible, you risk damaging your car.Round the corner is a police station and a big supermarket (Carrefour). We parked our car in front of the house under the big light of a street lamp and nothing happened to our car. (a new chrysler grand voyager). Of course the surrounding is not the best of Paris but the house is worth it and the people we met were friendly. The government of Paris just starts to modernise this area so its more than acceptable. If we will come back we surely will stay in this house.Many thanks to Dan Thanh!!!

bon accueuil.belle maison.spacieuse.propre.bien équipée.à deux pas du centre commercial et 500m.d'une station de metro.rue calme....ideal pour famille..à recommander. dan est disponible et n'hesite à vous prodiguer ses conseils.

A lovely place to stay, Dan Thanh is a great host, and her description of her house is perfectly accuate. We will definitely stay again if we are coming through Paris.

Dies war ein super Städtetrip. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin! Das Haus war sauber und die Bilder entsprachen 1:1 der Realität. Allabentliches Highliht; das schöne Cheminée, welches wir (mit genügend Holz) einfeuern durften. Das in ruhiger Umgebung gelegene Haus befindet sich Endstation Villejuif Louis Aragon und zu Fuss noch ca. 7 Minuten. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, Bäckerei (mit knusprigen, frischen Baguettes) sowie ein gutes chinesisches Restaurant mit reichhaltigem Buffet. Wenn man vom lebendigen Paris tagsüber genug gesehen hatte, war es für uns als Familie mit Kindern eine Wohltat, in diese wunderbare und grüne Oase abends zurückzukehren. Vielen herzlichen Dank liebe Dan!!!

Wir verbrachten äußerst angenehme Tage in Paris u.a. weil wir uns in Dans Haus sehr wohl fühlten. Das Haus ist für eine vierköpfige Familie ideal. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer Wohnstraße. Zur Erholung trug auch das abendliche Kaminfeuer bei! Dan ist sehr gut für Nachfragen erreichbar und bemühte sich um unser Wohlbefinden.

A very nice house, really. Exactly like the pictures. Big and very clean. good kitchen. Nice and big garden with big barbecue and a good working fireplace in the home. Landlady staying opposite of the house and always available in case of problems. Really a nice surprise and I can recommend it to all. Metro and big supermarket nearby at walking distance. Open till 10. Also a nightshop. We have no regrets at all on the contrary.
