WELCOME to my Studio Apartment for 1-2 guests!
My goal is to support your stay in Vienna with every possible comfort and service you would require to have a perfect stay!
APARTMENT DETAILS:
Kitchen, WC and shower, one room with bunk-bed, dining table, wardrobe, leather sofa.
- Washing machine with dryer function, dish washer, mircowave, iron, iron board, hair-dryer
- High speed wireless internet
- 42inch flat screen TV, cable TV with lots of international programs,
- iPod docking station, CD player, DVD player
EXTRA SERVICES:
- Netbook available in case you do not want to bring your own laptop
- DVD library with both children and adult movies
- Two Austrian mobile phones will be at your disposal so that you can avoid expensive roaming charges
- Free calls within Austria!!
LOCATION - perfect infrastructure:
- Walking distance to Austria´s most visited tourist attraction, Schönbrunn Palace (600m). Here you can enjoy the Imperial Gardens, the famous Zoo and in the summer the relaxing outdoor swimming pool area.
- Underground line U4 Meidling Hauptstrasse (100m). It will take you 10 min to get to the city centre on this direct line in 5 stops to the State Opera.
- Buss 57A (200m). If you prefer to travel by buss there is a direct line from the apartment to the city center/Hofburg Winter Palace.
- The shopping street Meidlinger Hauptstrasse is just a couple of walking minutes away and offer a wide range of different shops.
- Organic food shop (BioMark) and other food shops (Hofer, Penny Markt, Zielpunkt) are available within a few minutes.
YOUR ARRIVAL:
- Parking is available free of charge 24/7 outside the building.
- I would be glad to book a taxi for you in case you arrive by plane. I have a special rate for my guests at EUR 24 for up to 6 persons with luggage.
- If you arrive by train I will send you separate details of how to come to the apartment.
- As the owner I will greet you personally at the apartment to show you around.
- I will be available during your stay to answer any questions you may have. It is my aim that you feel comfortable and well taken cared of during your stay.
