Elegant and functional apartment located in a classic Eixample building, located close to Plaza Spain, a few minutes from the exhibition La Fira de Barcelona and 3 metro stops from the historic city center. The apartment equipment includes air conditioning, heating, WiFi and flat-screen TVs and necessary appliances to meet your needs. The building has a new elevator (mid-september 2017).
The apartment has a separate living room and kitchen fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave and everything you need to cook during your stay. It also has a spacious bathroom with tub, sink and toilet. The apartment is reviewed periodically, especially the dishes and utensils, so that everything is in perfect condition and nothing is missing.
Fira de Barcelona 2 has two beautiful bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds in bunk. Both rooms have closets so you can organize your belongings during your stay.
Nearby you will find supermarkets, bars, cafes, nightclubs, shopping centers and entertainment areas. The apartment is very well connected to all parts of the city and surroundings. The nearest Metro stop is Rocafort (L1) and is 2 minutes away. In addition, it is also located very close to the Sants station, where trains operate to various parts of Catalonia, Spain and France.

Parking is available at 5 minutes walk with agreed prices of € 12 / day or € 60 / week.
Tourist Tax: 2,48€ per person/night. Children under 17 are exempt.
Late check-in and check-out: 50 Euros after 20:00 hrs; 70 Euros after 24:00 hrs and before 08:00 hrs. To avoid unnecessary delays, you should call the contact person from the airport or when you are 20 miles away from the city by car, to confirm the exact time of check-in. At check-in you must submit photocopies of passports or photo ID of all adult occupants staying in the apartment. At check-in you must pay all amounts in cash (Deposit + Tourist Tax), in case you need to make a card payment you should request this prior to arrival.
This is strictly a NO SMOKING apartment. If you are travelling with a baby/ young child we can provide a baby cot/high chair. Please advise before you travel so we can confirm availability and price. We can offer Nespresso Coffee makers to our customers upon request and advance booking. If you have a car, please note that you cannot park on the street and you will need to use a public/garage car park, which can usually be quite expensive. No pets are permitted.

En general la estancia fue buena. Excelente comunicación vía metro. El trato con propietario fue bueno. Como pegas diría 1) mala conexión WIFI en el apartamento, 2) el ruido del tráfico en en salón y habitación matrimonio - ventanas antiguas- y 3) la inflexibilidad a la hora de la llegada en cuanto al recargo a partir de las 20.00

We got off to a bad start with Francisco when we checked in and did not have copies of our passports as required. (There is a Western Union office around the corner if anyone needs copying services). The apartment is close to the Metro Red Line (2 blocks). Very easy to walk to the main sites of Barcelona. Market very convenient-across the street. The neighborhood has good restaurants. The apartment was okay; not "luxurious". The furnishings were stained and worn. Only 2 air conditioning units in the apartment which were adequate for the shared spaces, but did not cool the bedrooms. The retail unit below the apartment was under construction; we were awakened every morning at 7:30 to construction noise. Francisco did not disclose this information at the time of our reservation. We may have chosen a different apartment.
Perfect location, nice apartment! This apartment is situated in a small little street without traffic. The supermarket is in the building right opposite. Two metro stations of two different lines are onliy a few steps away. Placa d'espanya is also in walking distance. A parking garage is next door. The apartment is spacious, beds are nice, there are enough towels, all furniture is IKEA style. Large dining table and kitchen. There might be some improvement in regard to kitchen tools - bowls for cereal, a cutting board, a salad bowl and more cleaning equipment than just one broom would be useful for example. Cleanliness was only moderate. All in all a very good place to stay in Barcelona for three or four persons.
Die Lage ist sehr gut! Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür. Zwei Metrostationen keine 500 meter weit weg.
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert.
Die Wohnung ist schön groß! Es gibt zwei Badezimmer mit Toiletten und noch eine extra Toilette. Es fehlen nur ein bisschen Möglichkeiten die Handtücher zum trocknen aufzuhängen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, nur eine Spülmaschine fehlt.
Die Terasse ist auch ganz toll, leider darf man da nicht grillen und ab 21 Uhr sollte man leise sein, da sich sonst die Nachbarn beschweren.
Also wenn man feiern möchte abends, lieber ausserhalb ;)
Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung weiter empfehlen !
Ottimo appartamento. Pulito e arredato con gusto. Contesto silenzioso. Purtoppo abbiamo trovato la maniglia della porta finestra della cucina rotta e, poiché la finestra non si poteva chiudere, entrava freddo dalla cucina. Ritengo che la cauzione di 300€ richiesta all'arrivo sia eccessiva.
El apartamento está bien, aunque le falta renovar material como almohadas, vasos, bombillas y algunas cosas más. Está muy bien situado con el metro cerca y supermercados. En general bien.
Piso amplio ideal para família grande con buena ubicacion y tranquilo aunque necessita unos arreglos...
