je suis trés satisfait du séjour ainsi que du logement qui pour moi était trés bien. Quand a Mr Santiago, il est a disposition pour tous renseignements utiles.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Santiago's place. It was very clean and had the necessities. It was what can be expected for a Parisian apartment in size. For the price and location, it can't be beat! The lift was fantastic for long days of walking when you don't want to climb all the stairs :) There were quite a few supermarkets and bakeries close by. Overall, this was a great choice!

we found this apartment dirty and it was smaller then what we expected. but Santiago is very kind and Paris is wonderful! If i had to choose, i would select another apartment!

Muy bien,muy limpio, ordenador, seguro. Cerca de paradas de METRO. Cerca de lugares para cenar. Muy recomendable para estar en Paris sin querer pasar por un hotel,

I found the Flat very clean , a bit small but comfortable . Price is reasonable and found the owner polite and good.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, gute, ruhige Lage, nahe zur Metro, das Appartement mit allem was man so brauchen könnte ausgestattet und total sauber!!!! Wir hatten noch kurzfristig eine Frage an Santiago uns Santiago war sofort erreichbar und hat uns super weitergeholfen! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!!! Danke!
