Green Room near to Sagrada Familia

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in het appartement van Monica. De ligging is leuk in een gezellige woonwijk maar toch vlak bij het centrum. De metro en de trein zijn op zo'n 10 min loopafstand. Vanaf het vliegveld is het appartement het beste te bereiken met de trein . Dan hoef je nergens over te stappen. Het appartement is verzogd en wordt goed schoon gemaakt. Alles is aanwezig en het dakterras is heerlijk om even bij te komen. Monica is prettig, hulpvaardig en kordaat. Als er iets niet werkt, wordt het gelijk verholpen. Er kunnen in totaal 5 mensen in het appartement aanwezig zijn 2x2 en 1x1 kamers. Of alles soepel verloopt hangt daarmee ook af van de medebewoners. En daar kun je net als overal pech of geluk mee hebben. Wij hebben het er prima gehad. Gisèle Snelder

Big thank's for monica she was very helpfull, was internet, kitchen and shower. All what we need was just outside, shops, metro, la sagrada familia even more. Good place if need place just for sleep, after hard day on downtown. We are there 3 person and we are happy, bed was small for 3, we know that and just 4 nights that not big problem.

Leuk appartement, we voelden ons erg op ons gemak. Het terras is zeker een meerwaarde alsook de kleine voorzieningen zoals koffie, suiker ...

Although I've been at Monica's appartament only for 3 nights I can describe my stay as joyful. Flat is really green and clean, small additives for guests like sugar, tea, coffee - fresh towels - are awfully nice and useful. Metro and shops are pretty close. I can fully recomend.

Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, czyste, zadbane. Do dyspozycji gości jest łazienka kuchnia taras dzięki czemu można czuć się swobodnie i komfortowo. Położone w centrum Barcelony blisko stacji metra i sklepów. Monika jest bardzo przyjaznym gospodarzem. Polecam tą lokalizacje i tego gospodarza;)

we had a very nice stay here!It is very clean, the room itself is spacious, good wifi connection and a nice balcony!The metro is very close by, 5 minutes walk.In addition, a 15-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia.

This was our first stay in an accommodation like this. Upon our arrival we were shown our room, and got a tour through an appartment. Place was clean and ready for guests. Since our host Monika lives just accros the hall way, she made herself available to answer any questions, or give us some advises. Thank you very much Monika for your hospitality. Corey & Radka

We only had one night to spent in Barcelona for our Europe Trip and our arrival and leaving the city is a bit out of the "normal" schedule. Monica was so nice to accomodate us. She was very hospitable and showed us their place. She was very kind to help us where should we go to take our bus to the airport and let us stay a bit longer while we wait for the time of our flight. The room and the apartment is well kept. The apartment is very well located and is near Sagrada Familia.

We have had a nice week in Barcelona - and we had booked a room in a private apartement, and shared kitchen, bathroom and balkon with 2 other guests. We had a 16 m3 big room, everything was clean and nice - so we are very satisfied with staing at Monica Lopez.

Alles war schön und sauber! Die Lage ist zentral und vom Flughafen fährt die Bahn direkt bis Clot. Von dort ist es dann zu Fuß nicht mehr weit. Die Dachterasse ist mit schöner Aussicht bei gutem Wetter wunderbar! Nur die Matratze war etwas zu weich für unseren Geschmack und wie vom spanischen Wohnstandard gewohnt ist die Wohnung recht hellhörig! Wir würden es aber auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
