Great Room in Center of Madrid

Nice flat near Atocha. Very well situated for the 3 most important galleries in Madrid. Araceli was friendly and helpful. However, it should be made clearer on her Wimdu site that there are three doublerooms being let in the flat. The kitchen is ok for 2 but not for 6, and we were not happy with1 bathroom between 6 with no lock on the door, nor were we happy that we could not secure our own room when we were out.

Good stay, only it can be very cold especially in the winter!

Had a great stay here, only bad thing is there are no locks on any of the doors including the bathroom. However, I would definitely book here again!

Stock, mitten in Madrid Sauberkeit: 3/5 - es lag die Tage über ein merkwürddiger Geruch in der Wohnung - relativ viel Staub auf den Schränken - Handtücher und Decken mit Flecken Lage: 5/5 - mitten in Madrid, alles gut per Bahn, zu Fuß oder per Taxi erreichbar Kommunikation: 2/5 - recht schwierig, wenn man kein spanisch spricht, da Sie leider kein englisch spricht. Aber trotzdem sehr freundlich. Ausstattung: 2/5 - kein TV (auch nicht im Gemeinschaftsraum) - Betten recht spartanisch - Zimmer NICHT abschließbar (auch nicht das Bad) - mauer Ausblick (Plattenbau-like) - Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle vorhanden - kostenloses W-Lan Gesamt: 3/5 Wenn man nicht viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbringt und sie eigentlich nur zum schlafen aufsucht, ist es okay. Positiv: Der Preis ist gut, die Lage ist spitze, dazu noch kostenloses W-Lan. Negativ: Relativ klein und spartanisch. Dazu noch das Verständigungsproblem und die nicht abschließbaren Räume. Alles in allem: in Ordnung, aber auch nicht mehr.

The location of the appartment is nice, we visited everything by foot, but we did not like the appartment itself as much. The quality of the room and bathroom were ok, but everything was quite dirty. There were long blond hairs on our pillows when we came, so clearly the bedlinen had not been changed after the last visitor. The floor under the bed was really dusty, and there even was a used foodbowl under the bed. The bathroom has not been cleaned in the four days that we were there (and wasn't clean when we got there), and because we used it with several others, it got quite dirty. The rooms itself were quite nice, as was the location, but a lot could be improved with a bit more cleaning.

L'abitazione è perfetta per visitare Madrid, vicina alla Metro e al Parco del Ritiro. Giusto 10 minuti dal centro con i mezzi pubblici. Supermarket nelle vicinanze, ristorante pub sotto casa per finire al meglio una serata tranquilla. Pulizia discreta.

Dit appartement is heel erg bevallen. De locatie is heel goed gelegen, dichtbij het centrum. Het appartement is goed onderhouden, de kamers zijn netjes en de badkamer is erg modern en mooi. Houd er wel rekening mee dat er ook andere kamers in het appartement verhuurd worden en dat je soms dus badkamer, woonkamer en keuken met 7 anderen moet delen. Verder een geweldig appartement met perfecte prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

You have to know that it is a Shared Appartement, that means you have to share bathroom and the small kitchen. If that is ok with you,the room is ok. BUT : you cannot lock the door to your room, which feels really uncomfortable with total strangers in the same flat. But its Central and clean and nice.

Is a lovely place. close of a lot of attractions. Misses Araceli is very friendly and helpful. We love stay in there. Tks
