Upper East Apartment in New York - 8270

Warning to everyone interested in this appartment! We whare really disappointed when one day before arrival, and I have had personally contact with David that all was ok according to arrival, we got info to change appartment 17 hours before arriving to NY. Payment was done, in good time. We got a replacement app, bot not in the same quality acc to pictures.:-(

Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung!

Fantastic location! This is a great apartment, and a great base if you're planning to view the sights on New York! Getting the keys was pretty straight-forward, the rooms were all clean an good-sized. Only criticism was the sofa-bed, which looked pretty old and wasn't particularly comfortable. On the whole though, good value and would stay again!

Ce n'est pas le logement que nous avons occupé. Wimdu pratiquant le surbooking (volontaire ou pas, je doute...) il serait bon que le logement proposé en échange soit vraiment équivalent à l'offre initiale, car pour le même prix, les prestations changent, du style 4ème niveau sans ascenseur, entrée et hall d'immeuble nauséabonds, escaliers sales et dangereux, porte et serrures cassées, pas de lave-vaisselle, robinets bouchés... En fait nous avons été redirigés vers un appart sur la 22ème rue, 1st avenue qui certe était propre et bien équipé à l'intérieur, conforme aux photos mais l'adresse et l'étage nous ont été dévoilés au dernier moment et encore sur demande et pour cause. Dommage. Le séjour a été toutefois agréable malgré des nuits bruyantes à cause des hôpitaux proches (ambulances hurlantes).

Well located near central park and subway ( 1 and C) . Perfect for a week in new york

Appartement très bien situé dans Manhattan. Au calme. Très propre. Seul défaut : le canapé lit est extremement inconfortable. Dos sensible s abstenir.

un avis extrêmement négatif... 1- lorsque nous avons récupère les clefs dans un autre endroit ( pas très pratique), nous a communiqué une mauvaise adresse! 2- on a trouvé l'appartement dans un état lamentable ( vaisselle pas faite, salle de bain épouvantable). Une femme de ménage est enfin arrivée en fin d'après midi. Nous avons en fait récupéré l'appartement vers 20h. Iimpossible de dormir la nuit tellement il y avait de bruits dans la rue ( aucune isolation) 4- le must: 2 énormes poubelles étaient postées près de notre porte: quel accueil! Nous avons l'habitude de voyager mais jamais nous n'avons connu une telle "déconvenue".

Lejligheden var ren og pæn, men mere passende for 4 personer. Der mangler stole og bord.Det er fint med køkken, men der mangler et sted at sidde. Beliggenheden er central, og der er meget trafikstøj.

Danke sehr gerne wieder! Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral:-) woooow 5 min. Zum Empeier. Haartrockner wie auch handtücher hat es genügend. Was es ist nicht ruig aber in einer solchen stadt kann man nicht alles haben:-) obwohl:-)))) danke bis zum nächsten mal

Unfortunately we were not able to stay at this appartment as repair work was being done - got informed a few days prior to arrival. David organized us an alternative which worked out. The alternative however was in a slightly different location. Overall worked out.
