Description
The situation
The Lehel is the most expensive and most popular residential area in Munich. This is partly due to the stately old buildings and on the other side the immediate vicinity of the Isar and Munich. Nice restaurants, small cafes and cozy bars - all can be found next to the shops of daily needs. For those who don't like walking, there are the subway and the tram. Both stations are within walking distance. Two bicycles are provided free of charge. The famous Maximilian Strasse and the English Garden are just minutes away.
The Apartment
When you enter the loft raises an immediate question, whether one is in Munich or New York. About 7.5 meter high ceilings give mediately breezy elegance, the interior tasteful lifestyle. The large-scale, electronic studio windows can all be opened and during the day, they provide a light-filled ambience. In the evening the dimmed light across the room gives a special cozy atmosphere. The superbly equipped kitchen has all the electronic appliances such as dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc., and has everything a discerning chef needs to create a nice diner.
The cozy dining area has space for 6 people. The living room has a fireplace and a large and comfortable sofa for cozy evenings in front of a large flat screen TV. The office is equipped with wireless internet, printer, copy machine and scanner. The bathroom has double sinks, heated floors and an integrated washing machine and dryer. The large tub is located under the studio windows, which can be opened in good weather.
This beautiful setting is topped by the sleeping loft in the truest sense of the word. The bed is reached by a stairway and gangway, which reflects the distinctive New York style.
