Renovated Studio Upper East Side

Un appartement très agréable pour loger une semaine à New York, calme même s'il y a des travaux pour le métro juste devant. Suffisant spacieux pour 3 personnes grace au lit et au canapé confortables. Propriètaire disponible quand nous rencontrons un soucis et son personnel serviable.A savoir, le métro est à 5 ou 10 min à pied. Nous vous recommandons cet appartement.

The location is really good cause you are in the upper east side,with a supermarket,bus stop,laundries and subway close to the building. The apartment is really nice,well furnished,well conditioned for the cold of the winter,with good internet. The main disadvantages are that its a bit expensive,even for being in the upper east cause you are in the 93rd.it's also very noisy because of the construction of the new subway line in the 2nd avenue, so you have to know this

Nice apt. Fine location and close to the sub. Suited 4 persons very well, not more though. Very flexible considering arrival time and keys. The surroundings of the apt. were kind of a construction site at the time of our stay, but as long as you weren't at home at day time, it wasn't bothering much.

Die Wohnung war sehr zweckmäßig , sauber und für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend.Alle wichtigen Geschäfte lagen in unmittelbarer Umgebung .Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie die U-Bahn konnten gut erreicht werden.

Me and my three friends stayed in this wonderful and charming appartment for a week - and we loved it! It was comfortable, modern, cosy, very clean and tasteful. There was enough room and storage for four people and their luggage. The location is also good, the next subway station (96th street) and several supermarkets are about 5 walking minutes away. The only downside was the huge construction site on 2nd Avenue and right in front of the appartment, where they are bulding the new subway line; luckily we were only disturbed once by the workers in the morning, so the construction site really didn't bother us that much. All in all, the appartment really felt like a small home to us and we would love to stay there again some time, it was a great experience.

Le logement est conforme aux photos, très bien pour un voyage à New York. Vous avez à proximité les commerces qui vous permetterons de faire à manger à la mode New Yorkaise. Le métro est accessible après quelques minutes de marche. Les restaurants sont justes au rez de chaussée. Actuellement, la ville execute des travaux pour le métro, cela ne vous perturbera pas si vous avez marché toute la journée pour découvrir cette superbe ville. Vous disposez d'internet parfait pour chercher ou trouver certaines choses, ou réserver vos couverts pour diner. Logement parfait pour 2,3 ou 4 personnes pas plus. Vous disposez d'une climatisation très importante car pour notre sejour il faisait très lourd.

L'appartement est très bien situé à côté de tout : métro, commerce... par contre il y a des travaux sur toute la 2nd avenue et notre hôte ne nous l'a pas du tout précisé et c'est dommage de se faire réveiller à 7h du matin en vacances !!!

Dit appartement was erg teleurstellend. De foto's op de site zijn niet van het appartement waar ik was!!!! De entree/gang was smerig en het appartement maakte de indruk dat er verhuisd werd. Overal waren stukken uit, kastjes gingen niet dicht. Men kon niet door de ramen naar buiten kijken omdat ze zo smerig waren, Het was kortom niet gezellig. Het contact voor de reis met Carolyn was wel goed. Even als dat met de werkster. Ik mocht mijn koffers laten staan tot ok naar het vliegveld ging. Ik vond het wel vreemd dat de werkster met potentiële gasten het appartement kwam bekijken. Omdat ik thuis was, kon ik ze binnen laten. Was ik er niet geweest, was zijn ook ongevraagd binnen gekomen met vreemden!!!!!!Zeer merkwaardig. Verder Was het bed prima en ook de douche was optimaal. Een volgende keer zal ik niet weer hier terug gaan denk ik.

Appartement calme et convenable, situé proche du métro (5 minutes environ). Dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu de wifi pendant toute la semaine (notre hôte nous a dit de rebooter plusieurs fois le modem, sans succès...).

Appartement très agréable, très propre t bien équipé. Conforme à la description. très proche d'une entrée du Métro. Nous avons passez un très bon séjour
