Direct Oceanfront 1br w Private Balcony

Firstly, I would like to say that Peter is a brilliant host. He replied promptly to all my messages and was very helpful and professional at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to book with him again. In terms of the apartment, my stay was very pleasant and the view was spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were plenty of towels and toileteries left for our convenience. There were only a few negative points about it- firstly there were building works taking place in a room a few doors down the corridor, and as the walls are thin this woke me up every morning at 8 am- this irritated me a bit, but atleast it forced me to get out of bed and explore Miami! It was also very humid in the apartment, but I'd expect this as it is an ocean- front apartment- this can be overcome by making sure that the AC is on most of the time. Overall, I cannot fault Peter's professionalism, and I'd recommend the apartment to anyone who is staying in Miami for a few nights.

Tolle Organisation, ab Beginn der Buchung, bis zum Verlassen des Appartments. Ein traumhafter Blick, sehr nah am sauberen Sandstrand. Alles super sauber in der Wohnung. Ein Condo zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Problemloser Kontakt, war eine schöne Zeit

Um es vorweg zu sagen: Der phantastische Blick vom Balkon ist schon die Anmietung des Objekts wert. Das Apartement ist im wesentlicvhen ohne Fehl und Tadel: Recht komplett ausgestattete Kochnische, relativ großes Bad, Salon mit eingebautem Kleiderschrank, Schlafsofa und großem LCD-TV, Schlafzimmer mit bodentiefer Verglasung: Man liegt im Bett und schaut auf den Atlantik - einfach super. Im Erd/Tiefgeschoss des nicht mehr ganz neuen und leicht renovierungsbedürftigen Gebäudes befinden sich mehrere Geschäfte zur Deckung des täglichen Bedarfs, ein Gym etc. Am großzügig bemessenen Pool findet man die Florida-typische Tiki-Bar, die nicht nur Cocktails ausschenkt, sondern auch kleinere Gerichte (Caesar's Salad, Club-Sandwich, Burger etc) anbiete, die man auch mit nach oben und auf dem schönen Balkon genießen kann. ,Die Lage in Miami Beach ist ok, wer will, kann bis zur South Beach joggen. Valet parking ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Unser Fazit: Wir werden wiederkommen!

Just perfect! The appartment is gorgeous and we enjoyed every second. Administration and contact to owner was very professional and very quick. Overall, everything was excellent!

Appartamento molto accogliente ed essenziale in una posizione davvero strategica di Miami, sulla Collins, a due passi dal centro di South Beach. Vista mozzafiato sull' oceano, davvero impagabile. Esperienza da ripetere!!!!!!

Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Es war alles wunderbar. Sehr sauber und gab keinerlei Probleme. Der Blick auf das Meer am Morgen einfach herrlich. Komme gerne wieder.

Sehr schön gelegenes Appartement mit herrlichem Blick auf den Ozean. Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bad ist ausreichend aber schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Zum hotspot nach South Beach ist es noch ein Stück (ca. 1-1,5 Std. Spaziergang am Strand). Der Check In war unproblematisch und alles gut organisiert. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.
