Quiet and Comfy apartment in Centre

Matteo is a fantastic host with a gorgeous apartment in the heart of Budapest! Our flight was a little delayed but Matteo was very accommodating and helpful, meeting us outside the apartment when we arrived. We had a wonderful two-night trip, seeing some of the best bits of Budapest thanks to Matteo's advice upon arrival. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and modern and a pleasure to stay in. From Hero's Square to the Turkish Baths, we spent our entire trip on foot, with all the sights within walking distance for us (even in the snow!). I'd highly recommend staying in this lovely apartment to anyone traveling to Budapest for the first time, if we ever decide to return we'll be sure to book with Matteo again!

A perfect flat located in the deep city centre of Budapest, ten minute walk to the metro station, five minutes walk to the beautiful Andrassy boulevard! A nice place, very cozy, perfect for lovers. Matteo was very arrangeable and efficient! If we come back to Budapest once time (and for sure we will) we'll think of getting the same flat! Thanks a lot to Matteo.

Our stay in Budapest was absolutely lovely. Matteo met us at the apartment and gave us the low down on the place, the neighborhood, and had suggestions about restaurants and night life. The apartment was in a great location, a hip neighborhood - not to mention walking distance from the main train station Keleti, which was a huge plus. Conveniently there was also a supermarket just down the block. A very comfortable stay!

Appartamento pulito, vicino alla fermata Metro, zona tranquillissima (come del resto tutta Budapest). Matteo ci ha aspettati alla fermata della metro e ci ha condotti all'appartamento, ci ha indicato cosa vedere nella città e consigliato ottimi posti per andare a mangiare. L'appartamento era ben riscaldato e credetemi a Budapest fa molto piacere soprattutto d'inverno. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Very nice flat , Budapest is a really good city to make party or just to relax. Matteo is very cool , so i think we will come back .

Wenn man vor dem Hoftor steht, möchte man am liebsten wieder umdrehen, macht dann aber einen Fehler. Der Hof selbst ist sehr hübsch angelegt. Die Wohnung selbst ist äußerst sauber, hat alles Nötige und ist für einen Kurzurlaub absolut ausreichend. Nur vom Bett aus darf man nicht sofort in die Höhe, da dieses höher liegt. Matteo ist nach unserem Anruf sofort gekommen und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Bis zum Zentrum ist es nicht weit, außer für Fußkranke. Auch in der unmittelbaren Umgebung kann man es aushalten. Vorsicht: parken mit dem Pkw führt zwangsläufig zu Tickets (hatte 2 nach gut zwei Stunden Parkzeit). Deshalb Parken im Parkhaus in etwa 200 Metern Entfernung links in der Straße zu empfehlen.

Das Appartement von Matteo in Budapest war meine erste Erfahrung mit wimdu - aber nicht meine letzte. Die Wohnung ist sauber, funktional und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben Matteo als sehr zuverlässig erlebt, obwohl wir ihn selbst nicht kennengelernt haben, wegen eines familiären Ereignisses seinerseits, aber er hat uns einen Freund geschickt, der pünklich dort war und uns sehr nett und freundlich die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt hat, was wir wissen mussten und wollten. Die Wohnung liegt verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig, aber dennoch ruhig in einem typischen Ungarischen Haus im Innenhof. Nachts war es angenehm ruhig - fast wie bei uns auf dem Dorf. Alles super gelaufen. Matteo ein toller Gastgeber - Wimdu kann ich als Neueinsteiger empfehlen. Thank you Matteo.
