House rules

The kitchen is available only for breakfast and occasional dinner. You can leave your baggage at the appartment if your flight is scheduled late. The room is located on a private street that closes every night, this makes it very quiet, you will be provided with a set of keys.

For me I can only tell I experienced a great hospitality in an authentic place, nicely decorated, even a good library, quiet, altough in the midst of the centre, and with all the comfort you need, such as a good bed, shower etc. This is the result of the dedication and attention for the detail by Pepote. I do hope to be back again.

Pepote ist ein freundlicher, umsichtiger Gastgeber. Alles lief total unkompliziert ab. Das Zimmer (und die Wohnung) sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Das eigene Bad ist viel wert. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Bezeichnung "böhmisch" ist vielleicht eine schlechte Übersetzung.

Superbe séjour chez Pepote. La chambre est charmante, calme, propre.La situation en plein centre ville est tres appréciable. L'accueil de Pepote est parfait. Rien a redire.. A recommander+++

Great place ! Un hôte adorable, polyglotte, aux conseils avisés, un appartement ancien magnifique et très bien situé, une chambre spacieuse et belle… Quand je retournerai à Barcelone, c'est là que j'irai et nulle part ailleurs !

It was a really nice surprice to see the room. So cosy. And it was fight in the middel of the old town. Most things to see in walking distance. We really appriciate all the good tips from you. Where to eat and what to see. We surest recommend your place to stay

Pepote is a very nice host, he really tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Even before the vacation he wrote very nice mails to made me sure i was going to feel at home. His apartment is big, you have a large room to sleep and a bathroom on your own which is very pleasant. Every body who is interested in architecture will love this place. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures! The location is excellent the flat is so close to placa catalunya but in the night it is very quiet. I can totally recommend to stay at Pepotes place!
